Bad ass man! I’m building a 1950 right now and chassis swapping a Silverado SS now with a 5 speed. My next project I want to do something crazy and do a 50s style car and swap something crazy into. I just don’t know what yet! 🔥 love this build it’s inspiring me on ideas

The driver side is lower. Put some shims on the driver side mount

Have you thought of carberator swapping the 5.3 to give it more of a period look?

I would have left the patina on the firewall and inner fenders, that was real patina. Now it's boring when you pop the hood.
