My odometer, trip meter and cruise all work, but no speedo. If the speedo motor is bad, would all of the fore mentioned still work? I've got other possible idea fixes but just wanted to gather as much info before I tackle that dash. Thanks.

I ordered new gears for my odometer and I'm not completely sure if the little gear is suppose to be stationary or free spinning? It still wont work after new gears so I'm thinking I might have a bad motor after all. Any advice would be appreciated!

Could you not just replace the needle on the cluster after you broke it. You can buy the needles on eBay same as the gear set.
