At 28 I went from broke to making 500k, married with kids to back to broke and see my kids half the time. A lot of lessons learned. Back chasing my ideas again. At 38 I feel a little lost but staying in motion bc u can’t steer, parked car.

Kevin I love your content not only for the enjoynent side but the motivation. I'm 22 and I have a fulltime job but I am also trying and building up different side hustles and business ideas in the hopes of eventually retiring my parents. I know i just need to be persistent and eventually something will work, videos like this are fantastic for people such as myself as a reminder that it's not the worst thing to fail its the worst thing to fail trying and failing and giving up.

Just save up for real estate I'm telling you it's the number one asset for wealth over 85% of wealth is created through real estate. Just build youy credit and save up for down payment which is 20% or you can do the house hacking which you can get a multi-family house up to four units and get it with an FHA 3 to 5% down play you'll have to live in the house for up to a year you can repeat this process four times that's enough to start you a little portfolio pocket the extra money learn about your cash in cash out returns. There's a lot of great content to learn about that on TH-cam. You're young too just think if you got started on this in the next 5 years by the time you're 40 you could be a multi millionaire

I believe in your house hack idea I really wish I was in the California area to watch this thing grow. I'm a real estate guy myself and I know that fix and flippers if they know what they're doing or killing it. I know you're doing it at a whole nother level though. I'm more of a by and hold and put renters in I'm a multi-family guy soon to be getting into the commercial apartment buildings. I hope I can scale up enough to get comfortable with the fix and flip. I do fix up properties as I'm going.

This reminds me of what I learned from Jordan Peterson, paraphrasing here.. Humans are mobile creatures. We don't experience happiness unless we have an aim and that we see ourselves progressing towards that aim. It isn't attaining that aim that makes us happy, because once you attain it, the whole game ends. Then you'd have to come up with another game.

I didn't watch this video and sorry, it doesn't really interest me. However, I know the reason Kevin is successful. He has 2 traits which are extremely important in just about any endeavor in life.
Kevin is extremely motivated.
Kevin is extremely organized.
Anyone that has these 2 traits will succeed where otherwise more intelligent or genetically gifted people may not.
Kevin is also bright, but I don't think this is nearly as instrumental in his success as the other 2 attributes.
