This guy, Sam Altman, in response to an Indian journalist question about Indian scientists ability to develop AI had said that that was extremely sophisticated technology. Indian scientists would get nothing but frustration, he had added.
Some people still need to learn and grow up, it has nothing to do with age, fame or status.
I wonder how Indian scientists feel about Sam Altman response. Bow down and accept your fate or work with Chinese companies but that may be too much to ask of Indians scientists. They would rather be on a leash and go with the American. Good luck.
