Pronounced brawn you r a wonderful song. Fun fact Jimmy composed all their music on acoustic guitars then tested them on electric. Mind blowing to imagine what possible masterpieces didn’t pass Jimmy’s extremely high musical standards! Like Kashmir was what he called a “throw-away” riff-we are so lucky he taped all his practicing. Please look up White Summer Jimmy played it on acoustic guitar on a tv show in 1969-when he was 25 years old- fantastic!
Brawn-Y-Aur was the name of a cottage in Wales where Robert and his family used to go on vacation when he was a kid. It’s named after a hill close by which means “Golden Hill” ( or Golden Breast..I’ve heard it translated both ways. Perhaps one is just the PG version😏). In the spring of 1970, when the band really needed a break from over s year of constant touring, Robert suggested Bron-Y-Aur cottage to the group. Jimmy took him up on it, so Robert took his family (his wife Maureen and I think his daughter Carmen went along…..and his dog😁) and Jimmy brought his then companion, and they spent 2-3 weeks there I believe. No electricity. He and Jimmy would walk the hills… or sit around the fire…with guitar…and compose songs. That is why Zeppelin III which was released in 1970, has much more of a folk feel than the previous two albums. The Welsh countryside was a big influence. Robert has said that he fell in love with Welsh history and mythology and the mystery of the land. His soul is very Celtic and he has a farm in Snowdonia. ( at least he did) He has stated that Wales and Morocco ( The Atlas Mountains) are the two places in the world closest to his heart. Robert was a big LOTR fan ( as am I) and when you combine that with his love of Medieval history and lore, you can understand how and why he wrote lyrics like those in No Quarter or Ramble On or The Immigrant Song. I would strongly urge you both to listen to ( if you can find it online) the interview of Robert Plant done by Dan Rather in 2017 )Plant was 69 at the time) as part of Rather’s series called The Big Interview. It’s about an hour and Rather does a great job drawing out Robert, who is a very private person. I did a really deep dive into Zeppelin, and Robert Plant in particular, during lock-down…..interviews, books, podcasts…..It helped fill the time and was very rewarding. Robert is a very intelligent, creative, complex, driven , and interesting man who is a walking encyclopedia of music history and a fantastic storyteller. I had a major girl-crush on him for a couple of years. 😁. Now I would just love to buy him a pint and talk.
I really enjoy this song. I especially like watching it live because it's always cool to see Page grooving on an acoustic guitar. :) Thanks for another great reaction to Led Zeppelin's music! Very much looking forward to the next one.

Not exactly sure how the song should be classified. Perhaps a bit of country and folk, but the "Stomp" probably suggests what you might be inspired to do with this tune along with the clapping they use as background rhythm! Reminds me of a barn dance ie: square dance or hoedown even? The fact a band capable of "Dazed and Confused" can also bring you this gem in the same show is pretty incredible!
