I'm going to be very open and honest, your video is clear and undestandable. I would love to have a in-depth series with your style and production. It's very refreshing!

Hej Marie & Team, very well done! Thanks a lot for inspiring summary.
Since I consult and create for Onboarding-processes I recommend use of videos a lot. The bigger the company the more important.
    Thanks!

I would have cut off both of my legs and one arm for something as comprehensive as this. I'm retired now but my old employer was a firm believer in "throw them all into the pool, some will sink, some may swim, scream constantly at the swimmers".

I literally left a role after almost three months. Bc they had no training scheduled. Left for a new role that has even more onboarding issues. They didn’t show me step by step how to do anything. By the fourth day of my first week I didn’t even want to get out of bed to go to work. Just to be overwhelmed to the max. I want my old job back that i had before these two roles. I know im not the issue. That companies are just horrible with training and a lot of other things. But im starting to this im the damn problem. This job doesn’t want anyone talking to each other, no cells on desk or can be used, management watches how often u get up to leave the room/bathroom, can’t even eat at ur desk. Feels like prison of some sort. What should i Do !

TH-cam has built in captions that can be turned on or off, why are the captions here not using that system? It's annoying that I can't turn them off

I don't like the title of this video. She says clearly in the video "these are some ideas of what an onboarding process could look like", not "this is how you design a perfect onboarding process"

This is not practical if you are hiring 300+ employees a year
