    hey there. Love your software. im such a rookie but very passionate about talking about leadership from a neuroscience perspective and also the bully victim perspective. I have published a book titled 'How to Lead with purpose' under the Nurturing leadership brand and also creating a podcast called "Leading Our Own Way' which i'm currently recording using your software. I am practising my video recording and posting smaller content first within the 'Nurturing Leadership' platform first. Very excited and i feel its my purpose moving forward in my journey.

    Quick question… can one use a GoPro as a webcam? I know not all platforms are compatible with GoPros

    • @Riversidefm
      @Riversidefm  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Typically if you can use the GoPro in QuickTime and it's recognized as a webcam, you can use with Riverside. Here are the instructions from GoPro: community.gopro.com/s/article/GoPro-Webcam?language=en_US#Usinggoprowebcam

    i think the niche idea is really bad, cus u get bored of the topic and so do ur listeners

    • @Aztecatl7
      @Aztecatl7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on the niche, but yes it can get tiring. I like variety like Joe Rogan's podcasts. My podcast isn't a specific niche but about meaningful conversations on life, the human experience and discussion that provokes thought. If it was too specific, I would loose passion for doing it because it would feel monotonous to me.

    Not a fan of some of these tips, I mean, I cover all sorts of topics, never done me any harm…
    People Like Chat shows too…

    • @Riversidefm
      @Riversidefm  วันที่ผ่านมา

      Some chat shows and podcasts with established audiences can do that, but we tried to focus on tips for new creators and those just starting out!

  • @lb3608
    @lb3608 ปีที่แล้ว

    You need to take your own advice on auto quality. Your co-host’s audio on your HomeKit podcast is terrible. Andrew sounds like he’s calling in on a walkie-talkie!

  • @Aztecatl7
    @Aztecatl7 ปีที่แล้ว

    #1 Stop doing broad topics.
    It think it depends on the show and how broad, some of my favorite podcasts are broad like Joe Rogan's and other podcasts. It also depends on the host and their personality and or if they have guests. Variety to me is the spice of life. My podcast isn't a specific niche but about meaningful conversations on life, the human experience and discussion that provokes thought with guests. If it was too specific, I would loose passion for doing it because it would feel monotonous to me.

    • @ConcreteRose22
      @ConcreteRose22 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, but people aren't going to listen in for long to find something that interests them. They will just go to the podcaster talking about what they want to hear. I think #1 is good advice.
