  • In this video, I will show super simple and easy delicious mango panna cotta recipe.
    Ingredients:
    Panna Cotta:
    1/4 cups- Cold Milk(for mixing gelatin powder)
    gelatin powder- 12g
    1 cups heavy cream
    1 1/2 cup milk
    1/4 cup sugar or as you needed
    Mango layer:
    Small diced ripe mangos (about 5 mangos)
    sugar (as your taste), if you needed, I didn't use.
    Mango nectar(or water)- 3 tbsp
    gelatine powder- 12g
    Instructions
    Mango Layer:
    1. In a bowl add the mango nectar(or cold water) and the granulated gelatin powder, dissolve the gelatin in the mango nectar. Leave them to soak for 10 minutes.
    2. Place 5 diced mango in a blender and blend until smooth.
    3. In a small bowl, pour the mango puree, add the bloomed gelatin, mix until completely dissolved.
    4. Pour it into the glass.
    5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
    Panna Cotta:
    1. In a bowl add the cold milk and the granulated gelatin powder, dissolve the gelatin in the cold milk. Leave them to soak for 10 minutes.
    2. In a pan over low heat mix the milk, and sugar; stirring constantly. At first boil add the bloomed gelatin mix until completely dissolved; about 1 - 2 minutes.
    3.Let the mixture cool slightly. Pour the mixture into the heavy cream.
    4.Pour over the mango layer. Refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours or overnight until firm.
    5. Garnish it with some diced mango and serve chill.
