I couldn't have said it better myself. Forgive me but I find the Asian Community so peaceful, calm, and zen about everything. On Rhea Y's Channel, she makes budgeting and money management so easy. Most folks who live on their own wouldn't go and cook something, they would take a Frozen Food meal and nuke it.

As someone who has just started living alone, and is struggling with finding motivation to cook for myself (my main problem is getting portions right for 1 person. I end up cooking for 6 people 😭) your channel is so inspiring and motivational! I feel like I'm not alone ♥️
At first I couldn't even do one, I ended up doing so little that I barely had lunch, but you get the hang of it. I look to Nami for inspiration in the way she spends her time, it's really beautiful. I'm trying to be similar.

Hi from Australia. To use the avocado cutter, put the avocado half on the bench. Squeeze the sides of the cutter so it is not as wide. Start at the small end of the avocado, and scrape down. It may not get all the avocado at once. Just do a few scrapes 😊

There's such a temptation nowadays to rush to buy everything you think you need but impulsive purchases rarely bring comfort. I find it's best to wait, to understand your new living space and your true needs within that space. Take whatever time you need to create your sanctuary. Hi Nami I saw a person using a small water glass to get the best out of an avocado by pulling the avocado down the inside of the glass over from the edge. I don't eat avocados so I've never tried it but it was fascinating to see how easily the avocado flesh came off!!
