How to Change Your Oil in 7 Steps | 2003 Chevy Astro Camper Van

Honnie and I finally got around to our first oil change on our 2003 chevy astro van. We struggled and we learned, but now feel a lot more comfortable changing the oil ourselves. We figured we can save quite a bit of money too and feel empowered to be working on cars as women. We hope you enjoy this quick video about how to change your oil, we had a ton of fun.
How to Change Your Oil in 7 Steps:
00:00 - Intro
00:13 - Jack up your car and locate the oil pan and filter
00:25 - Unplug the oil pan and drain the oil (helps if you open the oil cap in the engine bay)
00:38 - Remove the oil filter
01:19 - Plug the oil pan & install a new oil filter
02:00 - Fill the car back up with the correct oil
02:29 - Run the car for a bit, then check the oil level
02:45 - Dispose of your used old responsibly
