All of these people are commenting about how amazing this album is and that it should have been more successful and I couldn't agree more. One of the best albums out there in my opinion. He has never had the recognition he deserves for his music in his own right. Just because his dad is john Lennon shouldn't take away from how talented Julian is.. He really is one of the best musicians out there in my opinion. His newer music is still beautiful and meaningful too...much better than most popular music today!

It just so happened I was there at NBC studios in Burbank when you were there. I had no clue you were there until that night when I watched the Tonight Show. I was made that night. My dad was working a couple of stages over on The Wheel of Foutune. I wasn't 18 yet so there was no way they would have let me on the set anyway but, I was so close to meeting you. You truely are a beautiful person.
I can't get over how much he resembles John, sounds like John; whether he likes it or not. From what I read and heard him say he doesn't think too much of his Dad. Too bad, I am sure that is where he got his voice.
I think he loves/d his Dad, but John basically abandoned him at 5yo and wasn't much of a father to him... I think Julian has come a long way in forgiveness, but that kind of hurt can be tough to let go.

It is a song from the heart, a song that makes you think. much of the music now days does not have the power to make you think its just pretty dressing on the surface. I think this has less to do with how spiritual or not Julian is, and more about the condition of the human heart and feeling based on what one has learned. But yes we are taught Mary the mother of our Lord loves all humanity as does God.
