I love how if you somehow open both Traps, Gazelle can still send Circle or Fusion of Fire, giving you a ROTA or Fusion play next turn. The deck is very flexible, and I think that's great!

Do keep in mind: Leaving Jack Jaguar on the field at the end of the combo is pointless - link it into Balelynx to play around a potential Kaiju and keeping your Roar live.
I just started playing again after almost 5 years and this video really helped me understand how to use the deck my new friends helped me put together.
I love these combos! This excites me. 600th like! Here's another combo that you hinted at before. Requires just a Kaiju and a Gazelle. Heck, you could do this without a Kaiju, it's just safer with one. 1. Kaiju over their monster (preferably one that negates, or one that can't be targeted). 2. Gazelle, mill Spinny, special summon Spinny, go into Miragestallio. 3. Detach Spinny (goes to the GY instead of getting banished), special summon Jack Jaguar from the deck in front of Miragestallio. 4. Link into Sunlight Wolf, return the Kaiju to your hand via Miragestallio (Gazelle is now in the GY), then special summon Jack Jaguar from the GY by returning Spinny to the deck. 5. Via Sunlight Wolf, since Jack Jaguar was special summoned in front of it, return Gazelle to the hand. 6. If you want, link Jack Jaguar into Baelynx, search Sanctuary, then play Sanctuary and link off Baelynx into another Baelynx. Ending board? Opponent's out a monster, Gazelle's back in your hand, and Spinny is back in the deck. You got your Kaiju back in your hand for next turn. Baelynx is in the GY for protection, and you can reincarnation link off into another Sunlight Wolf next turn for that extra effect benefit.
(You can only use 1 "Salamangreat Foxy" effect per turn, and only once that turn.) So if you use the search effect you can't special it in the same turn Cimoooooooo
Remember that Falco and Foxy can only trigger one effect only per turn. If you want to play the last combo, do not activate Foxy's effect to add a card, so you can activate its other effect to special summon from GY.
A big thing I learned by playing this deck for a while is when doing the Gazelle Spinny combo, use the Jack Jaguar in graveyard to summon to where Wolf points before Reincarnation linking into a second wolf. The reason this is so important is if your opponent has Impermanence or Veiler, this means they can either stop you from adding back Gazelle or the trap. If you Reincarnation link before, if they veiler or Impermanence Wolf, you’ll be stopped from recovering either. Makes a giant difference.
That being said, you have to shuffle the veilynx so you don't get the protection. You can guess if your opponent has a veiler or impermanence because they would have hit the mirage stallion. If that gets hit by either of those two or ash, the situation never arrises.
Adam Be I get that. That is usually the case. It just ended up coming up several times for me. You namely use it when you use the combo that puts multiple Balelynx in the grave.
Also, another note, you can only revive foxy if there is a face up spell/trap and if you do revive it you have to pop one. So in this case you'd have to pop your sanctuary
This was made before miragestallio was banned and I'm sad now that I can't use him, but alot of mistakes I've noticed: 1) Spinny is banished when sent off the field when using his effect to special summon 2) Foxy can only use 1 effect per turn 3)Gazelle Can only summon a salamangreat Monster meaning summoning roar cannot be done.
Yo, glad i stumbled upon this, if i didn't, I'd be stuck in my stale plays that usually end my turn in a heat Leo and the opponents monster at 0 attack because of how i lead up to it
I was using Jack Jaguar's effect to shuffle my main deck monsters, I didn't think it worked for extra deck monsters too. Good to know, it works out pretty well. Also, one thing to note is the variant of the deck using Lady Debug contradicts with the usage of Gozen Match, which comes in the Soulburner deck. I found that out the hard way.
Hey pretty nice tech cards for salamangreats would be reasoning (always side out game 2) and brotherhood horse prince level 6 synchro requiring any tuner and any non tuner fire monster which can summon any level 3 fire monster so for example normal spinny ss wheeleder make horse prince summon ash blossom make trish its an okay combo

You can do it with just debug. Normal debug, add gazelle Link debug to balelynx, add sanctuary Activate sanctuary, Relink balelynx into balelynx, summon gazelle, gazelle sends spinny Summon spinny from grave, link gazelle and spinny into update jammer Link update jammer and balelynx into Transcode Transcode summons jammer from grave.
Kody Craven You can do better than that. You can otk and have gazelle in hand in case the otk fails. Instead of linking directly into jammer, you make Stallio and summon JJ then make Sunlight then revive JJ to add back gazelle. Then make update jammer. Also gives you a bounce with Stallio
Yes that is the case it was the same case when pendulum magicians reliable deck you can use harmonizing the sum of the magician and XYZ summon to prevent the other magician you summoned off of harmonizing magician from banishing itself

There's a weird ruling about xyz materials where they aren't on the field, but xyz summoning is also not leaving the field, so they end up as treated like not on the field despite never leaving the field. Detaching it is leaving the "xyz material" status and going to the gy so it's going from somewhere where it's not on the field (since xyz materials aren't treated as on the field) to the gy. Since it doesn't "leave the field" by being detached, it doesn't get banished. And since it doesn't "leave the field" by being used for a xyz summon, it also doesn't get banished.
First Even though I didn't message this strength away. I actually started watching the video. Also, in the first combo, it's worth making a veilynx does before the sunlight wolf just to get another in the grave as the second effect isn't a hard once per turn. Also in the second combo, if you relink the sunlight wolf before resummoning the Jack jaguar, you can keep your veilynx in the grave shuffling the sunlight wolf gaining the same advantage keeping the veilynx in the grave.
In the first combo, Stallio is in your extra monster zone, so you can’t summon Balelynx. In the second combo, he already had to use the sanctuary effect to relink Balelynx. If he didn’t, he couldn’t summon the Gazelle.
Jack Jaguar has to be in def when you summon it via mirage stallio in the second Combo :) Note: when you activated the First effect of foxy you are unable to use it's second effect which Special Sommons itself because "you can only use 1 effect of salamangreat foxy once per Turn and only once thag Turn" so keep that in mind^^

Great guide, and great deck. Only recently interested in getting it, I love how cheap it is by comparison. I miss a few cards but I can work around it. I get the feeling if you can spare the extra deck slots, some Link 4s can help too, notably Link Mail Archfiend and Amphibious Swarmship Amblowhale for the high attack power and the floating effect allowing you to re-summon a link 3 and destroy a card on the field in the latter's case. The former is also easy to summon due to how easy it is to end up with a miragestallio and a link 2 on the same turn :) And since they are well cheap, I'll be getting them for some support :) Thank you very much for the input, it's helped a ton in experimenting and working my way through matches with the deck :D I'll be picking u pa few structure decks for the IRL aspect too ;)
we are starting to cut lady debug. instant fusion and wheelder just get you there more often and you can play charubin as another extender. the problem is people are starting to play ogre and that ends your turn if they hit debug.
Step 1: Use effect of Gazelle to put Fusion of Fire on graveyard Step 2: Put your Fusion of Fire to hand with Sunlight Wolf or set it with Falco Step 3: Summon Heatleo and send 1 spell or trap from your enemy into the deck Step 4: Reincarnate summon Heatleo and send another spell or trap from enemy into his deck. And now use his second effect and make enemy his monster have for example the attack of your lowest Salamangreat monster in graveyard Step 5: Activate Fusion of Fire and summon Violet Chimera by sacrificing Heatleo and the second or third strongest Salamangreat you control (or ideally by sacrificing enemy his Link, cause Fusion of Fire allows it). Step 6: By Violet Chimera, you should now have the half of the combined ATK of the sacrificed monsters by fusion. Due to Heatleo his effect to make a enemy monster have the ATK of a chosen Salamangreat in graveyard your Violet Chimera now can double its ATK. In ideal chase this means over 8000 or even 9000 damage. GG WP
spinny only gets banished when he leaves the field. being used for Xyz is not leaving the field, being detached as material does not count as leaving the field.

I'm currently playing Galaxy eyes I know not a good rouge strategy but hey I thought since they had a lot of negates and I can get out high attack monsters it would possibly be good but anyways I thought I could just use tachyon transmigration to negate all the monster effects and spells or traps and shuffle them into the deck so I wouldn't have to worry I haven't gone against a salamangreat player yet but I'll say the results when I do
Hey, so, Cimo. It says "you can only use 1 "salamangreat foxy" effect per turn, and only once per turn." So... For that last combo, remember,do t use the excavate effect, cause you won't be able to special it later. (Unless I'm wrong, which is possible...)
This video was pretty good, because all the cards that you used here, is in the soulburner structure deck. But when you did video about the D/D/D monsters, All of your combos included cards that are not in the deck of the D/D/D. And I'm right now looking for combos that using Salamangreat or/and D/D/D cards.
4th Combo is ILLEGAL if you activate Foxy's Summon effect. And I quote: "When this card is Normal Summoned: You can excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, you can add 1 excavated “Salamangreat” card to your hand, also shuffle the rest back into your Deck. So am I missing something? Sanctuary last line reads "You can only use each effect of " Salamangreat Sanctuary " once per turn. So I thought, but am pretty sure, you couldn't reincarnate summon more than once. You know to keep a repeat of Zoodiac from happening.

The last combo isn't possible since to get foxy back from the gy you have to destroy the face up spell/trap you targeted so sanctuary would be destroyed
Actually foxy's effect says you "can" destroy a face up spell or trap meaning it's an option but you are right about the combo not being possible because you can't use both of foxy's effects the same turn

You can't and he doesn't. The requirement is one level four or lower cyberse monster. That being said, you can use the field spell to reincarnated link summon the veilynx. Reincarnate link summoning is where you use a salamangreat link monster as the entire requirement for another copy of itself. In this archetype, all the cards get further advantage from doing this. I hope this answers your question.
I thought it still had to meet the summoning requirements though and the reason you could go from heatleo into heatleo for example is that it is a fire effect monster and that is required for the cards summoning conditions. I could be wrong though but that is how I understood it.
I used the spell card “transmodify” to send salamangreat balelynx to the graveyard allowing me to summon either “flame administrator” or “duelittle chimera” Which might open up a better combo later on
Hey cemo. Try out terratop. I found its amacing in there. If its Not interrupted you end with a sunlight Wolf Plus one countertrap without using your normal summen.
Spinny wont banished if used as Xyz material as using monsters for a Xyz summon does not count as leaving the field and Xyz materials under a Xyz monster are treated as not being on the field.
It will run but Sunlight wolf helps most of the cards float meaning you get your monsters AND your spells and traps back from the grave. Without sunlight wolf your deck will have limited resources
@@ariessuggs3819 Testing around yesterday I found that using cards like falco and will of the salamangreat you can still float most stuff. But it's a lot slower and you have to fiddle around quite a bit if you want to end with a good board, usually 2 monster rather than 3.
Yes. You can chose eather left link zone or the right one. So basicly you unlock monster zones for extra deck monsters on one side of your field and than link into the other link zone so u unlock more monster zones where u than can summon more extra deck monsters

Thats why you xyz with him to prevent him from being banished same way spyral decks did with quick fix to keep using it without it ever being banished they xyz for link 1s.

Instead of linking directly into jammer, you make Stallio and summon JJ then make Sunlight then revive JJ to add back gazelle. Then make update jammer. Also gives you a bounce with Stallio

Yes that is the case it was the same case when pendulum magicians reliable deck you can use harmonizing the sum of the magician and XYZ summon to prevent the other magician you summoned off of harmonizing magician from banishing itself
Xyz material is not treated as being on the field and being used for xyz summon is not treated as leaving the field

There's a weird ruling about xyz materials where they aren't on the field, but xyz summoning is also not leaving the field, so they end up as treated like not on the field despite never leaving the field. Detaching it is leaving the "xyz material" status and going to the gy so it's going from somewhere where it's not on the field (since xyz materials aren't treated as on the field) to the gy. Since it doesn't "leave the field" by being detached, it doesn't get banished. And since it doesn't "leave the field" by being used for a xyz summon, it also doesn't get banished.

Also, in the first combo, it's worth making a veilynx does before the sunlight wolf just to get another in the grave as the second effect isn't a hard once per turn. Also in the second combo, if you relink the sunlight wolf before resummoning the Jack jaguar, you can keep your veilynx in the grave shuffling the sunlight wolf gaining the same advantage keeping the veilynx in the grave.
In the first combo, Stallio is in your extra monster zone, so you can’t summon Balelynx.
In the second combo, he already had to use the sanctuary effect to relink Balelynx. If he didn’t, he couldn’t summon the Gazelle.

dam seeing back in the day one card combo is really showing the power creep in this game. to think of what i can do off of one ze main today is crazy complred to this board
keep in mind you can only use 1 foxy effect per turn and only once that turn. so if you used the on normal summon effect then you cant use the in grave eff.
Great guide, and great deck. Only recently interested in getting it, I love how cheap it is by comparison. I miss a few cards but I can work around it.
I get the feeling if you can spare the extra deck slots, some Link 4s can help too, notably Link Mail Archfiend and Amphibious Swarmship Amblowhale for the high attack power and the floating effect allowing you to re-summon a link 3 and destroy a card on the field in the latter's case. The former is also easy to summon due to how easy it is to end up with a miragestallio and a link 2 on the same turn :) And since they are well cheap, I'll be getting them for some support :)

we are starting to cut lady debug. instant fusion and wheelder just get you there more often and you can play charubin as another extender. the problem is people are starting to play ogre and that ends your turn if they hit debug.

Step 1: Use effect of Gazelle to put Fusion of Fire on graveyard
Step 2: Put your Fusion of Fire to hand with Sunlight Wolf or set it with Falco
Step 3: Summon Heatleo and send 1 spell or trap from your enemy into the deck
Step 4: Reincarnate summon Heatleo and send another spell or trap from enemy into his deck. And now use his second effect and make enemy his monster have for example the attack of your lowest Salamangreat monster in graveyard
Step 5: Activate Fusion of Fire and summon Violet Chimera by sacrificing Heatleo and the second or third strongest Salamangreat you control (or ideally by sacrificing enemy his Link, cause Fusion of Fire allows it).
Step 6: By Violet Chimera, you should now have the half of the combined ATK of the sacrificed monsters by fusion. Due to Heatleo his effect to make a enemy monster have the ATK of a chosen Salamangreat in graveyard your Violet Chimera now can double its ATK. In ideal chase this means over 8000 or even 9000 damage. GG WP

in the first example you said that we would still have spinny but when it leaves the field it banishes
spinny only gets banished when he leaves the field. being used for Xyz is not leaving the field, being detached as material does not count as leaving the field.

I'm currently playing Galaxy eyes I know not a good rouge strategy but hey I thought since they had a lot of negates and I can get out high attack monsters it would possibly be good but anyways I thought I could just use tachyon transmigration to negate all the monster effects and spells or traps and shuffle them into the deck so I wouldn't have to worry I haven't gone against a salamangreat player yet but I'll say the results when I do

Hey, so, Cimo. It says "you can only use 1 "salamangreat foxy" effect per turn, and only once per turn." So... For that last combo, remember,do t use the excavate effect, cause you won't be able to special it later. (Unless I'm wrong, which is possible...)
Also, love this archtype. And balelynx looks like my cat if it was in a wheelchair. (Fun fact; my wife calls lynx "wheelchair kitty")
This video was pretty good, because all the cards that you used here, is in the soulburner structure deck.
But when you did video about the D/D/D monsters, All of your combos included cards that are not in the deck of the D/D/D. And I'm right now looking for combos that using Salamangreat or/and D/D/D cards.
I cannot find these decks ANYWHERE in Ireland except Dublin and that's about 2 and a half hours from where I live so I'm very annoyed

4th Combo is ILLEGAL if you activate Foxy's Summon effect.
And I quote:

You can only use 1 effect of Foxy per turn. Cimoo my man, love ya and your videos, but... I suggest you point that and fix that in like an annotation or something.

So am I missing something? Sanctuary last line reads "You can only use each effect of " Salamangreat Sanctuary " once per turn. So I thought, but am pretty sure, you couldn't reincarnate summon more than once. You know to keep a repeat of Zoodiac from happening.
Wait... but in the lady debug play you added spinny from the graveyard to the field, but you said that the next turn he could be brought back again. Does that mean that if you xyz summon with spinny you can make it negate the "must be banished when it leaves the field", or did you just forget about that
yea when spinny is sent to grave under miragstalio it is considered material so its banish effect don't go off

The last combo isn't possible since to get foxy back from the gy you have to destroy the face up spell/trap you targeted so sanctuary would be destroyed
Actually foxy's effect says you "can" destroy a face up spell or trap meaning it's an option but you are right about the combo not being possible because you can't use both of foxy's effects the same turn
Cimoooooooo you NEED the flame bufferlo combo, it nets about a +6
(Flame bufferlo, gazelle and any other cyberse monster)

I thought you couldn't go from Salamangreat Balelynx into Balelynx because it isn't a level 4 or lower cyberse monster.

You can't and he doesn't. The requirement is one level four or lower cyberse monster. That being said, you can use the field spell to reincarnated link summon the veilynx. Reincarnate link summoning is where you use a salamangreat link monster as the entire requirement for another copy of itself. In this archetype, all the cards get further advantage from doing this. I hope this answers your question.
I thought it still had to meet the summoning requirements though and the reason you could go from heatleo into heatleo for example is that it is a fire effect monster and that is required for the cards summoning conditions. I could be wrong though but that is how I understood it.
So even though it could count as the entire material it would not meat the requirements unlike sunlight wolf and heatleo.

Hey cemo. Try out terratop. I found its amacing in there. If its Not interrupted you end with a sunlight Wolf Plus one countertrap without using your normal summen.

Spinny wont banished if used as Xyz material as using monsters for a Xyz summon does not count as leaving the field and Xyz materials under a Xyz monster are treated as not being on the field.
Danm I see why people say Sunlight wolf is a must for this deck, I wonder what kind of deck I can make using only the structure deck.
It will run but Sunlight wolf helps most of the cards float meaning you get your monsters AND your spells and traps back from the grave. Without sunlight wolf your deck will have limited resources
@@ariessuggs3819 Testing around yesterday I found that using cards like falco and will of the salamangreat you can still float most stuff. But it's a lot slower and you have to fiddle around quite a bit if you want to end with a good board, usually 2 monster rather than 3.

Yes. You can chose eather left link zone or the right one. So basicly you unlock monster zones for extra deck monsters on one side of your field and than link into the other link zone so u unlock more monster zones where u than can summon more extra deck monsters
A good board to end on is Trans code Update Jammer and if possible Phoenix

Thats why you xyz with him to prevent him from being banished same way spyral decks did with quick fix to keep using it without it ever being banished they xyz for link 1s.
