Love me some Apex, so glad you’re playing it! Also, when queueing up to the firing range, it doesn’t lie when it says it’s getting other people. There are technically multiple people in any given firing range, but no one affects it for other players. It’s for efficiency and server space, it takes up less memory and whatnot putting multiple people in one training area from what I understand. Finally, if I had to give any tips, I’d recommended sprinting whenever possible, and holstering your weapon when not in combat. Both make you move faster and it’s vital in a game like Apex.

I'll give you a few tips for apex. Don't rely heavily on names of items, instead memorise the icons, since images are easier to understand than words in a hurry Rings close slowly, to gather players into one area, by threatening death, this is done to encourage fighting and to essentially put a time limit on the match. Starting solo is definetly better, u learn progressively with people around your level. And until level 100 u open a pack every level which I always loved getting. Also unlocking your first legends will be fun :) everything will come with time, I started not knowing how to heal or swap guns but still loved playing this crazy game with all the different abilities and personalities in it
some begginer tips: 1. enable auto sprint 2. fov to 110 3. change you keybinds ASAP 4. the best guns to use are the r-301, flatline, peacekeaper, wingman, r-99,mastiff,kraber 5. watch some tutorials about the best settings and everything else you need to know. Hope i helped! Big fan!
Keep in mind when enabling auto spring certain things feel slower. For example, when shooting a peacekeeper and strafing it might be delayed when you shoot occasionally. But in general if you aren’t good at switching between shift to sprint and control to crouch then auto sprint is good for beginning
Tip 1. Hold You're Switch Weapon Button To Put Away You're Weapon To Run Faster. Tip 2. If you Do A Finisher On Someone It Refills Your Shield. Tip 3. Holding Crouch While Sprinting You Can Slide, You Move Faster Sliding And Jumping.
Great to see you trying Apex. Despite it being the absolute best game in genre, Apex sadly doesn't have real SBMM, the better you do the harder the next game will be. The new player experience can be brutal if you play with experienced friends. My advice is to either play solo with randoms until you feel competent, or play with a premade duo or trio and quit to lobby instead of dropping from the ship. 3 or 4 quits is enough to get back to fair matchmaking after a win. Its scuffed but that is what I do with my duo partner and we have way more fun when not playing against masters and preds, we are nowhere near that skill level. Alternatively play ranked, but aim to take fights instead of optimising points, its a better experience than unranked (pubs) for less skilled players.
17:31 THANK YOOUUUUU!!!! Also been my biggest issue with Apex as a Valorant player, sometimes in team fights when we are all over each other I have no clue who's teammate and who's not.
Okay, newbie problem for weapons and supplies after starts to play pub trio. You need to get a better weapon choice like full auto guns or shotguns. You need more damage? Pick flatline, you want finish faster? Pick CAR SMG or R99, Damage destruction? Pick peacekeeper or Mastiff. Now health supplies, here's recommendation: 4 shield batteries 2 medkits 4 shield cells 4 syringes 1 Phoenix kit For ammo, if you want to kill more enemies, i recommend 180(lvl 1/2 backpack) or 240 light, heavy, and energy. (lvl 3/4 backpack) Don't loot too much if you had shotgun, only 16 shells. Because ammo capacity nerfed. You really don't know any types of ammo of your gun? Look at the colors and logo from your gun. Find ammo, and you good to go, if your ammo doesn't matched, look at red cross logo top right. One problem of your weapons is the attachments. Right click empty attachments and your squads will help you to find it. There's level 1 to 4 all attachments. (and lvl 5 ext. Mag) That's all I type it here, don't loot slowly, you need to loot faster while in combat, or armor swap, just keep practicing. But please, this game is FAST PACED. Not so similar 5v5, this is battle royale, you need to be loot and shoot at people. This game mode supposed to be simple but his perspective, he confuses a lot.
I lasted to the last five squads in my first game but didn't get any kills our damage, sheer luck. Now level 448 with a fairly event KD of 1.55 and win rate of 7%. You very there real quick.
I don't normally comment but as you're new and have interest in Apex, I will as I want you to understand and enjoy it :) The legend you have in the main lobby is the default legend you jump into the match with. So you can change your default legend in the Legend tab, just pick one from there and that's who you'll use. Just be weary when you click on other legends to loom at them, you're also selecting them as your default, so remember when you're done checking out other legends, you pick your default again. During the selection screen, if you don't make a selection, you'll use your default legend (thus pre-picking your legend before the match begins). If you manually pick a legend (even if it's the default one in the lobby), you'll be jumpmaster. So if nobody picks and just uses their default legend, it's random jumpmaster. If everyone picks, it's random jumpmaster. If only one or 2 picks, then it'll be that person or the other. So in turn, if someone picks your default legend to use, or by default is using the same legend as you and gets first pick, that means you'll have to pick another, which means you'll be one of the jumpmasters, or don't pick and game will pick a random one for you, but you also avoid the possibility of being jumpmaster. Hopefully that makes sense. As for the last question, I was introduced to Apex so started playing with a friend Have fun with Apex
Love this! I so wish I had recorded my first game to watch back... I dropped in with two randoms (who were actually super helpful bless them) and I was completely clueless! 🤣 I'm still not great but have come a long way since. All good fun! 😄
1) Your laugh is Fire! 2) Crouching makes you very quiet (idk why they told you differently) 3) Holding a weapon makes you slower. The heavier the weapon, the slower you get. So you have to move without a weapon in hand all of the time if you're not shooting. EDIT: "The heavier the gun, the slower you get" is only true when you ADS! Sorry! If you're not ADSing, every weapon slows you by the same amount. 4) different weapons have different recoil patterns, that you can learn a bit and control. Firing Range helps you with that. 5) A good practice in Firing Range is to try to "one-clip' the dummies with different weapons and from different distances and different attachements. For example, you were shooting the r301 in bursts. Try to fire the whole clip instead, trying to control the recoil while aiming at the dummie and try to kill him with in one clip (aiming at the head is better of course). If you attach a Magazine, you'll have more bullets in one clip. The higher the level of the magazine, the more bullet you get. The level of the magazine (like any other attachment or loot) is indicated by the color. 6) When you loot as a beginner, it's better if you don't stop every time to look at the loot to choose if you want it or not: just pick all the loot up and keep moving. When you find better loot, you drop the things you don't need (indicated by that red "prohibition sign" when you open your inventory).
@@LilSpookyyy Yep. If you ADS with a heavier weapon like a Bolt Action you move super slow while holding ADS; you move faster with a light weapon like a P2020 or a Wingman.
Fun fact at apex: at the time when valorant came out there was a short time that people suddenly stops while shooting so it was easy to get kills for some reason
Idk if anyone mentioned this or not, but at 7:59 when some one said “stand under it you won’t die,” the package use to crush you, but they made changes so it doesn’t anymore
Happy to see you playing Apex! I loved the video as always. Also, PC lobbies are WAAAAAY more aggressive than console lobbies. Console lobbies can be tough too, but PC will always be a more brutal experience. Edit: Another thing, use barrel stabilizers to lessen the gun recoil for weapons that can attach it. The higher rarity the stabilizer, the less recoil you'll get while shooting. The R-301, for example, is REALLY good with a blue or higher barrel stabilizer.
Here's a tip: Never stand out in the open, always look for cover you can hide behind. If you are out in the open and separated from your team you're basically dead.
When i was new i got a smurf in my team who was wreaking all the new players. And gave me a easy win I was still trying to learn which weapon i should carry that time lmao. Dude was pro ngl. R301 is a easiest gun to use and master 1. Low recoil 2. Fast fire rate 3.uses light (orange ammo) that is available everywhere Cons: have low ammo capacity by default so u need extended mag. (Same with R99 and CAR SMG) Also crouching does make you quieter than running (maybe it's completly quite since i don't use it much, only for having better hipfire aim and dodging bullets).
homie literally tickles the survey beacon and goes "now what did that do" LOOOOOOLLLL ur so cute. you had to hold "E" and it would show where the next circle is LMAOOOOOO
My first game in Apex I played with my younger sister (who mains either valk or blood and is insanely good at the game). I played Lifeline and we won, but I was happier that I managed to kill or hit anyone😂😂 I will say this though... it's best to start off solo queuing and getting used to the mechanics of the game. If you're more comfortable playing console then it's best to learn the game there and then you can carry over any skills or knowledge to PC later. I say this from personal experience switching between Xbox and PC
I think getting someone to teach you basics then playing by yourself or having someone play on a smurf might be more enjoyable. When starting a game like apex, it can be so overwhelming and chaotic if you're paired with higher level mmr since apex always match makes with the highest mmr in the lobby. I've just seen it before where people play with veterans in the game and they end up not being able to even play the game, wouldn't want you having a bad experience due to that
The only reason I played apex just because I saw the new legend at the time (revenant) and I really wanted to play him When I started playing Apex I started with pathfinder too because he was a cool robot for me I played solo to learn on my own how the game was and I felt I did well because I had experience with first person shooting games I motivated my self to keep on playing to soon unlock revenant and that keep me playing apex for a long time Just because of a legend I had interest in.
Not gonna lie my first match in Apex I had no idea what to do and was the first to get killed lmao, this was in season 2 when I first played, I kept getting no damage and no kills like my first 10 games! But after some time I was understanding the game more and found what guns worked with me. I even had to change my main 3 times (I’m a lifeline main) because she fits my play style. It’ll take some time to understand but I can see you become really good at Apex!
My first game is trios and i did good, got a whopping 1.1k DMG and 3 kills but lost on the final squad, u need ask ur chat more, and always put away ur gun if u want to rotate around the map you can also maneuver Pathfinder's grapple and drop the items in ur inventory that has a 🚫 sign on the top left of the item
My first ever apex match was very similar to yours. I couldn't find a weapon after landing and got killed pretty quickly. Only difference is I managed to actually punch another player to death so that was my first kill lol.
I can’t even remember my first game. I’m pretty much a solo player, none of my mates play it, but I love it. But solo play does test your mental strength lol Sometimes I’ll get good randoms, and sometimes they don’t quit when downed, but unfortunately that’s a rare occurrence.
I feel like the mobile tutorial is much better at helping new players learn combat and using their abilities. Also I love the comment that told him to drop the charge rifle lol Hilarious xD I love how everyone just hates the charge rifle. I have to admit that this was very enjoyable to watch
I still remember the first game I played. I was lifeline and got carried to a win. I was flexin out until now I just relized that I disnt even do anything that game.
The training mode is honestly so outdated - there are so many more things new players need to know about the game than what is covered in it. My tips for you are: -don't pick up useless loot, for example if you only have weapons that use light ammo don't pick up heavy. that uses up valuable space in your backpack. the game has a visual cue for items that you can't use : it has a red circle in the corner of the item. -practicing with guns before you go into a match is always helpful to learn which ones you're best at, and continue to keep your skills honed as you play. -don't try to revive teammates mid-fight unless you're in a location protected from gunfire, because the revive animation puts you in a vulnerable state while it's happening. -trying each legend at least once can help you find the perfect one for your play style. don't restrict yourself to your comfortable first pick. -don't stand still too long. this especially counts for when you're looting. you easily become a target for a patient sniper. Finally, my last tip is that this game is best played with friends! Even if you have no one IRL who plays, finding people online to party up with frequently will keep things fun and positive no matter what happens in the game.
I got a usefull movement for u: everytime you can, slide a few meter, than jump. This wil make you travel a pretty good distance and while you are mid air, you wil do 0 sound so the ennemies around cant hear you, and they will probably ignore you
I really hope you keep playing it. It would be cool to see your progress in this. Also I knew you said you warned us about not being a pc player but brooooo lol
Yeah chats right, the game is so difficult because you have to constantly be moving even while aiming! The learning curve to be able to move while aiming is pretty steep but once you get into apex it’s impossible to play any other shooter game!! The movement is addictive :)
my first game was with friends and went okay-ish, my friends carried me the whole way. I didn't start playing solo until I hit level 50 or so. I'm level 200 now, stuck playing in level 500 lobbies because my three friends are all level 500 😂

Keep in mind when enabling auto spring certain things feel slower. For example, when shooting a peacekeeper and strafing it might be delayed when you shoot occasionally. But in general if you aren’t good at switching between shift to sprint and control to crouch then auto sprint is good for beginning
I actually changed my KEybinds to set to my MMO mouse for my own comfort, but these are solid tips especially the guns! THANK YOU!
Legend, thank you! 😁

I was waiting for this so long and i love apex you should play more
17:31 THANK YOOUUUUU!!!!
Now health supplies, here's recommendation:
4 shield batteries
2 medkits
4 shield cells
4 syringes
1 Phoenix kit
For ammo, if you want to kill more enemies, i recommend 180(lvl 1/2 backpack) or 240 light, heavy, and energy. (lvl 3/4 backpack)
Don't loot too much if you had shotgun, only 16 shells.
Mag)
That's all I type it here, don't loot slowly, you need to loot faster while in combat, or armor swap, just keep practicing.
But please, this game is FAST PACED. Not so similar 5v5, this is battle royale, you need to be loot and shoot at people.
This game mode supposed to be simple but his perspective, he confuses a lot.
this is the best explanation/instructions to apex i have ever seen
lets go! ive been waiting for this!! im so hyped to watch
Hope you enjoy! 😁
@@ChocolateKieranI did! But some parts got me a lil
disappointed XD!
Watchin you play fam is too wholesome that it makes me smile, more apex games pls
I lasted to the last five squads in my first game but didn't get any kills our damage, sheer luck. Now level 448 with a fairly event KD of 1.55 and win rate of 7%. You very there real quick.
*decent
Yo thank you, I appreciate that! I can see how this'll be fun so I'll keep playing an dhaving fun with it! 😁
I love watching people play for the first time.
Love this man! Always positive vibes here in the channel! Keep it up man!
Yooo, I appreciate that a lot! Thank you 😁
I don't normally comment but as you're new and have interest in Apex, I will as I want you to understand and enjoy it :)
The legend you have in the main lobby is the default legend you jump into the match with.
As for the last question, I was introduced to Apex so started playing with a friend
Have fun with Apex
Love this! I so wish I had recorded my first game to watch back... I dropped in with two randoms (who were actually super helpful bless them) and I was completely clueless! 🤣 I'm still not great but have come a long way since. All good fun! 😄
1) Your laugh is Fire!
2) Crouching makes you very quiet (idk why they told you differently)
3) Holding a weapon makes you slower.
It doesn't matter what gun you hold, you'll move at the same speed whatever gun you hold.
“The heavier the weapon the slower you get” no idea where you got that from buddy not true
I'm dumb, I was thinking while you ADS
@@KudaDM Wdym😭😭😭 not even if you ads that makes no sense so you’re saying if you ads with any heavier weapon you move slower?
@@LilSpookyyy Yep. If you ADS with a heavier weapon like a Bolt Action you move super slow while holding ADS; you move faster with a light weapon like a P2020 or a Wingman.
"What in the shadow realm is going on!" I am definitely going to steal this XD
LOL, its one of my favourite descriptors 😂
Fun fact at apex: at the time when valorant came out there was a short time that people suddenly stops while shooting so it was easy to get kills for some reason
Big tip go to settings and if you see close death box when taking damage put it on tip 2 go to gameplay and turn FOV zone 110
Another tip when you get hit by a enemy a red arrow will come up for a few seconds showing you where the damage you taking is coming from
Would love to see you play more apex. It's really fun. Trust!
the way i’ve been waiting for this😭😭❤️
You make my days better 💙
I'm so glad you have fun with these, thank you ❤️
I can't believe I missed this 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The way you just stood there while taking fire and trying to heal🤣
I was LOST, the shots seemed to be coming from all angles so I couldn't process where to run LOL
@@ChocolateKieran 🤣🤣🤣 in case of next time run!!!. Zig zag movements helps a little.
You should react to all heirlooms! Like the inspect animations and how they all look! :)
Here's a tip: Never stand out in the open, always look for cover you can hide behind. If you are out in the open and separated from your team you're basically dead.
I love your video and i wacht all your videos from day one
You legend, thank you 😁
Been dyyyying for this video since you announced it!
When i was new i got a smurf in my team who was wreaking all the new players. And gave me a easy win
I was still trying to learn which weapon i should carry that time lmao. Dude was pro ngl.
R301 is a easiest gun to use and master
1. Low recoil
2. Fast fire rate
3.uses light (orange ammo) that is available everywhere
Cons: have low ammo capacity by default so u need extended mag. (Same with R99 and CAR SMG)
Also crouching does make you quieter than running (maybe it's completly quite since i don't use it much, only for having better hipfire aim and dodging bullets).
homie literally tickles the survey beacon and goes "now what did that do" LOOOOOOLLLL ur so cute. you had to hold "E" and it would show where the next circle is LMAOOOOOO
I've just seen it before where people play with veterans in the game and they end up not being able to even play the game, wouldn't want you having a bad experience due to that
The only reason I played apex just because I saw the new legend at the time (revenant) and I really wanted to play him
When I started playing Apex I started with pathfinder too because he was a cool robot for me
I played solo to learn on my own how the game was and I felt I did well because I had experience with first person shooting games
I motivated my self to keep on playing to soon unlock revenant and that keep me playing apex for a long time
Just because of a legend I had interest in.
OMG IM ACTUALLY IN THIS VIDEO
Thanks for the carry hahaha
@@ChocolateKieran 8 months later I still cant believe this actually happened to me
the way we died in this is still the most unlucky death I've ever had in apex
LOL that’s what I was trying to do, but I did not succeed 😂
I was the Valkyrie in your first game of trios
I can’t even remember my first game. I’m pretty much a solo player, none of my mates play it, but I love it. But solo play does test your mental strength lol Sometimes I’ll get good randoms, and sometimes they don’t quit when downed, but unfortunately that’s a rare occurrence.
When I started I was learning combat on team deathmatch map when I started Getting kills I changed on battle royale
Thats what I did with Valorant!
I’m a new subscriber love your videos man
I appreciate that a lot, thank you 😁
This game requires alot of let's say "determination" shit is simple af buh then straight up requires some kinda godly skill. Best of luck man
Your laugh is a gift from god
You are far too kind! Hahaha
I feel like the mobile tutorial is much better at helping new players learn combat and using their abilities. Also I love the comment that told him to drop the charge rifle lol Hilarious xD I love how everyone just hates the charge rifle. I have to admit that this was very enjoyable to watch
Let’s go boy finally the legend promised and delivered
I still remember the first game I played. I was lifeline and got carried to a win. I was flexin out until now I just relized that I disnt even do anything that game.
*swaps alternator with alternator* "there we go!" 😂😂
The training mode is honestly so outdated - there are so many more things new players need to know about the game than what is covered in it. My tips for you are:
-don't pick up useless loot, for example if you only have weapons that use light ammo don't pick up heavy. that uses up valuable space in your backpack. the game has a visual cue for items that you can't use : it has a red circle in the corner of the item.
This wil make you travel a pretty good distance and while you are mid air, you wil do 0 sound so the ennemies around cant hear you, and they will probably ignore you
Can't wait for this guy to become a beast in apex 🥶👹
Ayy man, if it happens I'll make sure to upload 😂 Thank you for the vote of confidence haha

I really hope you keep playing it. It would be cool to see your progress in this. Also I knew you said you warned us about not being a pc player but brooooo lol
First time playing a new game and not being comfortable on M&K is a deadly combo LOL
Ngl, I legitimately won my very first game ever, I was bloodhound, with the alternator and triple take. So, yes. At one point I had a 100% win ratio

love your content; honestly, i think you should do an Arenas video since you're more used to Valorant lol.
People have been suggesting that so I might just do it 😁
Chaos & Lag. Yeah that's my Apex experience too lol. And to be honest I haven't improved much from my first game.
Yeah chats right, the game is so difficult because you have to constantly be moving even while aiming! The learning curve to be able to move while aiming is pretty steep but once you get into apex it’s impossible to play any other shooter game!! The movement is addictive :)
The thing I like about this game is that there isn’t any fall damage
Daaamn I remember when I first started playing apex if you want I can help you btw I love your content continue making nice content
Everything is cover in this game.that rock, its a cover.that door, its a cover.your teammates they are cover.use covers to win more gun fights
This is actually really good advice, thank you!
FINALLY YOU PLAYYED ITTTT
my first game was with friends and went okay-ish, my friends carried me the whole way. I didn't start playing solo until I hit level 50 or so. I'm level 200 now, stuck playing in level 500 lobbies because my three friends are all level 500 😂
Don’t forget about trying to grapple onto enemies!
You should react to the event trailers! But you did pretty well for your first time playing apex
