Hi! It's us, from Captain's. Thank you for your super awesome reference to our restaurant 🙏🙏🙏 Hope to see you again soon. Fantastic vid, we are born & raised here and we fully approve!
You have no idea how thrilled I was to see a new post from you guys. Seriously a light at the end of my dark tunnel. You are both some of the most beautiful of peoples! You bring such smiles to this my face! ❤️
Really enjoyed the video. My wife and I love to travel as well. We've recently discovered your channel after wading through the masses of travel vlog videos on TH-cam, where the hosts are more interested in focusing the entire show on their own face. We've now watched your entire collection so glad to see you guys getting back out since the spicy cough.
I never get tired of watching your videos for the relevant content and the very inspiring way that you have created and presented them. Your use of humor is a plus factor. Looking forward to more of your travel videos! 🥰
Most of us know how beautiful Mykonos is, your video just made the island a lot prettier, thanks to Suitcase Monkey....I started following you from your Malta journey....keep up the excellent work please, love from India 🇮🇳!!!
So glad to see you back. We've just booked our holiday to the Lake District in the same place you stayed thanks to the video. Thanks for the inspiration and hope the next video isn't so far away :)
Amazing! Its a beautiful island, wow! beautiful beaches. Very accomodating hotels, the fascinating view of this island is good for vacation holiday! Delicious foods and drinks is so refreshing to all tourist visitors.I love the place so much!
wow, the shoot is awesome. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Food looks tempting and I am hungry after watching ur video. mykonos now is part of my travel plans... cheers
I watched the "Top 10 Things to Know" first, and then this video about Mykonos, and I LOVED them both! They both look well Mediterranean indeed (even though Mykonos borders the Aegean Sea, NOT the Mediterranean!), the beaches beautiful with spectacular sunsets! Mykonos would undoubtedly be somewhere pretty to visit!

Aside from your calming narration of events, and information regarding where you are... the fact that you're releasing 60fps videos is so damn nice. Far too many travel channels go for 30fps and it always looks so sluggish. Thanks for the great content!
We are Aussies and have been going around in circles about whether to stay on Mykonos. All the beach umbrellas piled on top of each other. Ah nope. Love the hotel you stayed in and the little walk down to the other beach. You have sold us. Just trying to find the link for the other info you spoke of. Thanks heaps for taking the time to post. You have put this Aussie out of her 2 month misery of looking, looking. Legend.
Really loved your narration and the way you have captured the whole trip. Loved your other vlogs too.(in specific japan😍) Love your effort. Lots of love from India 😍
Considering you have not produced travel videos a lot you have done well with this one,An excellent production, no hard sell but leaving one wishing we could be there, Thank you.
@@SuitcaseMonkey i do apologise as my reply was badly worded lol I had intended to say not produced a lot due to event. Not that you have done only a few. I love your travel videos ans already passed the links to other friends who might value your hard work and time and editing it takes to produce such quality of work. Sorry about my confusion.old age is getting to me lol
I’ve just found your channel … you had me at “romantic, pre departure, lateral flow, COVID test” - made me chuckle. Loved this video and as I’m planning a trip to the Greek Islands next year, found it funny, interesting and informative in equal measure. I’m hooked!
What a stunning video in a beautiful part of the world. Harriet and I managed to see Athens and Santorini but missed out in Mykonos and Crete. We were there just as the pandemic was beginning to happen and had to leave the country. We hope to resume our trip this summer. We have a lot to look forward to thanks to Paul and Julie. Hope all is well. Sending you lots of love💖💖 Jim and Harriet. Richmond, Va.
Would love to see a video on Crete. I am scheduled to visit Crete & Santorini this summer. A big fan of your travel videos; I planned my Malta trip based on your schedule and also will be roughly following your schedule for Santorini. Also recently saw you video on Sri Lanka; I might be in India late 2022 and if so, I will plan a 8 day trip to Sri Lanka, roughly following your tour through Intrepid.
Loved how you trolled everyone on day 2 by starting off with being called out for daring to eat sushi in Greece then by ordering it again and some pasta too. That was just awesome! XD
Wonderful video. Regarding 9:00 about your sushi and pasta. I'm not sure if you're sarcastic or not, but Greece has truly incredible pasta dishes. Pastitio beats Lasagna hands down, just to name a simple example. Greece's pasta tradition is as deep as that as from Italy. Just Greece is much more all-round with wonderful dishes in every other direction, meats, fish, pasta, pulses, potatoes, beans, rice, salads, desserts, etc, etc, etc. Every direction you find easily in immense diversity in every Greek restaurant. Instead of just 95% pasta or pizza like you find in many Italian places, which in my personal experiences have not been all that. As the quality of making pasta both the Greeks or Italians can do that maximum quality. However. When you get to the real flavors of what makes pasta wonderful, Greece is using a much richer amount of flavors, ingredients than Italy does. This has to do with the fact that the Greek world has been ranging from Middle-South Italy all the way to all of Anatolia which has been thousands of years Greek civilization, The influences of the Franks, it's own 5000 years of civilization of cooking, differing from place to place, from island to island, then the Byzantine Greek empire of which Constantinople was the core which was the culinary hub far and wide with Thessaloniki being second, which has been very rich in a tapestry of ingredients and recipes on top of the already many layers of other recipes over it's rich culinary depth. So make no mistake that Even though Greece is an extremely all rounded cuisine, it's also extremely perfectionist in flavors in every direction

So the fact that you say it "probably isn't a wise choice to eat pasta while your not in Italy" is actually argument to why the real Greek cuisine is still not as known by everyone as Italian cuisine is, which has received more chances to be advertised to maximum. It also comes from the fact that Italy, Spain, France and so on came from their golden era in the 19th-20th century, Greece had gained their land back.
