Are there any homes with basements available in Lakeland? I heard there might be some over in dixieland area.
Not really, and if it is it’s more of a tall crawl space than a proper basement. I’ve only seen one actual basement and it was in lake wales where the elevation is higher
@@LivingInLakelandFL okay, what about walkout basements? It doesn't have to be full underground. I know in Lake and Marion County there's alot of walk out basement homes.

Hi Ben! Which areas of Lakeland would you NOT recommend to a young professional and a large-city girl? I am tired of never sleeping Miami, but I'm not ready to move to rural area. Lakeland seems to be a charming, cosy, safe town. Which areas should we avoid? Are there areas that are not safe? Thanks 🎉

Any Walmarts or Amazon Warehouses near there?
Within a 30 minute drive there are multiple. Also the Publix warehouse is there.
No karaoke, so I could get it started if one of the spots could use it.

Yea I was weekday afternoon when I filmed this so it’s not quite prime time down there.
Like he said it was filmed on a weekday, downtown is always very busy on weekends

So glad I moved outta Lakeland in 1980 and on to California. Flat, humid, Trumpy and boring.
