but you only need to jack the front up with the ramps to change the engine oil because the drain plug is towards the back of the sump. Just having the front raised helps the engine drain but raising the back has the opposite effect. You only need the car level if it has automatic transmission and your changing the transmission fluid.

Did you actually change the oil in the end ? axle stands under chassis frame not axle.
Ramps not on stable surface, Westside front wheel not central on damp so easily tipped..........
