OMG VICK! I loved everything about this clip! Dorian and Joey's fight! I laughed because in a few years, they'll be sleeping together! Niki Smith's appearance was amusing and the icing on the cake "Dorian, go to hell!". Dorian's reaction was priceless!

Elaine was a GREAT replacement for Robin Strasser. I have to do a double to take to realize that it was not her in this scene. Robin chose to leave so Elaine was a pretty darn close and very good replacement.
That scene in the kitchen was good, I hadn't seen that before. The show did a good job of integrating Sheila and Rika, even if Rika didn't stay around. I love the moment with Joey and Viki. This is believable family drama, Joey lashing out and mixed signals making him feel Viki can't stand him. Harried Clint. Dorian as the agitator. And Niki Smith as she should be used.
I had to save it just because of Lanfairs appearance. It's so unlike the way it usually looked over the years until recently when it has returned to this style except the foyer which is sooo dark.
Viki was Victor Lord's daughter; who he allegedly raised to be his son. She wasn't a punk by any means. Her getting up to tell Dorian's ass off would be appropriate. She scared the shyt out of her with that move - LOL!
+T James RS wasn't fired. She didn't get along with executive producer Paul Rauch, who did everything he could be demean and humiliate Dorian in an act of spite. When Strasser's contract was up in 1987, she chose to not renew and left the show. Rauch wanted her back in 1989, and swallowed crow to try to get her to return, but Strasser declined. Either because she was working on other things, or because she didn't want to work with him again. I forget. Enter Elaine Princi as a replacement. Princi, while a terrific actress and a "good" Dorian, was never able to fully shake the shadow of Strasser or make the audience stop missing her. In 1993, with Rauch now long gone, Strasser made it known that she was 'available.' The show snapped her up. Unfortunately this meant Princi's dismissal.

After all Robin has been one to be in the role the longest. 23 years to be exact on and off.
Linda Gottlieb was the EP once Strasser returned, then Susan Bedsow Horgan. Michael Malone was the excellent head writer at the time.
