But it turned out that it wasn't a prank, it was a deliberate set up 'fake' robbery between himself/daughter 'Mariah' and Niesha ..... He was to point the 'toy' gun at the drive through window girl (Niesha or Mariah..?) and she was to give him the money and he just drive off with it (to share with them later) But sadly, they didn't expect for a hero to be there on the day, who sadly shot and killed Niesha while trying to protect them all from the 'toy gun robber'.... I so hope the young man (hero) gets the help that he will truly need after this traumatic time of his life & I'm glad he did not have to do prison time.

Asked to borrow someone else’s car to “pick up some money from a friend”, removed the plates from said car, picked up a “toy gun” to go “prank rob” a Burger King to “scare your daughter”…. We made eachother miserable though lol we filled my buddies car with bags of leaves, opened a friends air vents and put dog shit in aluminum foil in the vents and closed it. We even took out an add in the paper for a garage sell starting at 4am on my friends only off day 😂 we made signs and balloons and everything. We were ruthless

As a guy struggling and currently living in his car I still don’t understand why you need to rob somewhere. Yeah it’s tough and not easy but it’s a learning lesson and just means you have to work that much harder. (Granted I did it to myself with addiction to pain pills that ended up being fentanyl, BUT I’m sober now and working towards making the best out of a bad situation!)

It took 15 minutes to reveal that this guy never fired a gun, and the deadly shot was actually fired from inside the store, which is something that would have been important to note

Yeah, Niesha lost her life. Niesha's family and friends lost her. Mariah lost her best friend, after seeing her shot, and lost her dad with him going to prison. And the co-worker is probably suffering from guilt. Tragic all the way around. 😢

His daughter is not dead. The friend of his daughter passed away and unfortunately the facts of the case show that all of them, including the deceased, were in on the plan to stage a robbery. In the criminal complaint filed in this case, him, his daughter and the deceased young lady planned a staged robbery. His daughter admitted to her role. Unfortunately the poor employee tried to protect her and accidentally shot and killed her. So it was definitely premeditated but all of them were involved. The deceased’s family doesn’t agree but that’s natural to not want to believe that your loved one would do something like that

In the criminal complaint filed in this case, him, his daughter and the deceased young lady planned a staged robbery. His daughter admitted to her role. Unfortunately the poor employee tried to protect her and accidentally shot and killed her. So it was definitely premeditated but all of them were involved. The deceased’s family doesn’t agree but that’s natural to not want to believe that your loved one would do something like that
