First I looked over the radio and didn't see the sticker but then I had to think hard that you used a camera to overview the sticker and lord behold the serial # was there! Thanks for linking the Honda site!
You do not realize how much I appreciate you right now. You're the fucking GOAT to me and I'll always remember your contributions to the "hell fucking yes!" moment I had when I finally got my radio back
It worked! It actually worked, on my 2000 honda crv. You saved my broke ass some money! Didn't see the number at first but then used my phone and took a picture. Thanks for making the video!
Wish i found this video sooner. Another video shows how to use a small mirror to see the number on the bottom of the radio but it's not on the bottom i discovered after i disassembled everything.
Dude, I didn’t have to do that!! 2000 CRV inside the glove box is a sticker w/ code. I put the code in website w/VIN, and owner info. Boom! They set me un-lock code in 1/2 a second. (Web site is Honda radio & nav codes)
Still need a clock? Also, it seems like you might be able to remove the radio this way, if you can get your hands in there to get the screws/bolts out.
Duuuuuuuuuude !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you !!!!! Thank you !!!!!!!!! T h a n k y o u !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sending you a big big virtual hug!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the vid! I have a 2001 CRV and just attempted this, but unfortunately my serial number sticker is not on the top of the deck!! Hahah. Oh well

I have a 2000 Honda CRV and this did not work for me, there was no serial number anywhere to be seen.
Same here! Did you find any fix?
@@AidanLai no
Yea I have a 99 and it didn't work either
It's tucked closest to the front of the dash. You have to really jam your phone in and down towards your feet for it to work.
@wadatae I got it but it is saying it's the wrong code
Wish i found this video sooner. Another video shows how to use a small mirror to see the number on the bottom of the radio but it's not on the bottom i discovered after i disassembled everything.

Sorry to hear that. I'm pretty sure it's better to just get one from a wrecker. Probably 20 bucks
