For me, i Had the code on the sticker, but couldn't get past the word CODE on the radio part until i completed the 1st part of your video with the simultaneous 1 6 then pushed radio button...it gave me a couple of codes, then displayed the word CODE, waited until it asked for the code, put in my code...and voila!! It worked!! Fav stations now programmed and clock reset. Thank God i ran across your vid! I'm a new subscriber now! Thanks for this video after carefully following your instructions and subsequently contacting the dealership I decided the most appropriate course of action would be removing the four bolts that held the radio in place and then throwing the piece of shit off a bridge and replacing it with a nicer unit from Amazon.
Thanks for the help. you saved me a trip to the dealership. Also, my brother please remove those air fresheners from your car, they cause cancer and all kinds of health issues. Just get you some organic essential oils instead. Try out the Jasmine oil.

When you opened your glove box there is a white sticker on the drivers side of the glovebox. That code should be on that sticker. It is on teh outside of the glovebox.
i found my code for my radio for my honda pilot it was in my glove box i put the numbers i found and it worked in other videos there were 2 numbers in the glove box mine just had the 1 i needed to get the radio to work ,its working now thanks

Hi they want to charcge mi quite a lot of money for the Honda CRV 2006 rádio code. I have my VIN and the radio serial number. I am from Europe and it’s quite a hassle to retrieve the code from the dealerships. Could you help me? Thanks

It’s not literally inside the glove compartment, it’s outside the compartment structure on the exterior portion of the glove box facing the driver. On older Hondas from the 2000s, it used to be on the inside portion, inside the box facing away from the driver towards the passenger side window.
Thanks for a very clear video but unfortunately for me. I had my battery replaced today and have lost the vehicle settings option when you to settings, just below system. Additionally the radio code window comes up when I press and hold the radio power button(for more than 2 seconds) to re-enable the antitheft system. I have no codes in the glovebox, all I have is the keycode.I don't how to us the presets buttons on the newer Honda CRV-2017. I will do some google searches on how to get into the infotainment system to view my radio serial. If you know how to do it, please share the steps to follow.
Typical manufactures making something more complicated than it needs to be, I’m guessing this is an anti theft idea, but who in their right mind would steal a factory radio.
I am in canada and my honda is a U.S honda. We have postal code instead of zip code and it says invalid zip code. I bought it from someone from marketplace and trying to figure out how i can do the same if i dont have the zip code
Try pressing the select button and volume button at the same time for about 30 seconds. Your radio will reprogram itself, no code to enter. That's how it works with my 2014 Honda Pilot.
