They don’t sell QD oled panels that’s Samsung technology But they do have released 1st glossy woled panel for ASUS which Has to be good as LG C series smart tv those are also glossy Woled panels
Out of curiosity, when you’re playing games and you notice this have you checked your NVIDIA control panel (assuming you have NVIDIA) or windows desktop settings to double check your refresh rate? Occasionally with some games, when I play I’ll also notice it’s “choppy” despite the high frame rate, and checking either of those sources I’ll always find that my screen has switched over to 60hz instead of the full 240hz. When this happens I change it back and everything goes back to feeling smooth as it should
I’ve followed your channel for a while Made me exited about this new LG displays since the one I had 27gr95qe was so dim on brightness Didn’t have chance to get the LG 2024 This new version is not out yet globally I went for the Asus PG39wcdm and it was worst monitor I’ve ever had SDR it’s over saturated & HDR washed out Asus version it’s broken everyone is returning it I won’t recommend to anyone Though I’m not sure if you have similar issues I will definitely recommend people go for QD oled instead of these LG panels matte coating makes images look washed out and HdR unnatural + banding colors and posterization Note that videos through POV like this one don’t represent real colors which turn to be bad when you see it in person
I appreciate your support thank you for watching! And yeah they really improved their panels in 2024, I just wish they didn’t make these so difficult to find. I’m going to be very curious how 2025 models turns out especially with the higher resolution
Got to be glossy screen with these OLEDs the full matte screen suck and its not like the screen reflections is vastly better to warrant the decreased image quality. Have some LED LCD that are semi-gloss and thats acceptable. Waiting on the ultra wide 4k versions hopefully coming soon.
Crazy how the whole room goes dark when the screen goes off
I am building and setting up my gaming room. Can you please tell me how you sink your lights with monitor light? Really cool ❤❤
Thank you! And I’m using the Nanoleaf 4D system, it is a camera that reads the colors in your screen and mirrors them to your lights
@ welcome and thank you for the reply.
good streak bro
Thank you!
@udubultra do you all games fill out on the screen on pc?
Virtually all of them, it’s very rare that they don’t and if they don’t, theres usually a fix or mod available
The best videos in TH-cam ❤
Thank you!
You think LG will release a QD-OLED MONITOR next year? That might be worth waiting for
I kind of doubt it, they seem to want to stick to their screen tech and improving MLA

@UDub Ultra you have to drop the Invidia DLAA sharpening to 0 in order for it not to switch back to FIDELITYFX CAS.
That’s good to know, thank you!
Crazy how the game on your monitor looks so smooth even around 90 fps. For me 90fps is choppy. Even with gsync and 240hz
That’s interesting, what display do you have?
Its pg279qm from asus 240hz 1440p. It also has a gsync chip.

@ oh I see. I’ll try it
@@udubultra actually I checked and it stays on 240hz in nvidia and desktop settings while gaming
This monitor is way too big for me I got the 27inch oled and I like to play at 1440p. But I can’t deny this thing is sick, and it performs 🔥
