I have an issue when I hold the power button it dosent come on but the brake light stays on as long as I hold it. But I hold for 3 seconds as said in manual and I get nothing on the screen and this unit is brand new
@@aaronsowards4394 bad news for you brother I would return if you can they wouldn't return mine. They sent me a new screen and I put that in. It worked but still would cut off when operating right away. They told me it was a bad battery then and sent me a battery. I replaced the battery and all was set for a week or so and then the scooter started cutting off when I hit the throttle. They wouldn't help me further and I found out the voltage regulator on the scooters main computer is bad that is what caused the failed screen and eventually the new battery. It was a nightmare so I hope you can exchange it. There are many that don't have any issues with this model so a new one should be good. Hope this helps.

@@aaronsowards4394 when I contacted the manufacturer they told me that it's the voltage regulator and or main computer on the scooter I confirmed by calling a repair shop and explaining. Customer service from scooter company told me that it only had a 3mo warranty even though I just opened it I got it for Christmas and it was March when I tried it so I just gave up and threw it away. The contact from customer service was a Chinese lady that wasn't very helpful after sending the initial part and making me pay 50% of the cost of a new battery. I was pissed off but nothing I could do. Sorry bro I wish you the best. I would do all you can to exchange it I am an electronics technician and I gave it hell and couldn't fix it.
Where can I find the throttle and break wires and actual parts due to mine being broken after a fall
