Lmao yeah, spend the extra 20 bucks and get the whole wheel done and ready to go lol. I knew right away i wasn't going to like this process. I dont have the proper tools. If you dont have the right tools for a job, hehe, good luck lol

lol try doing this with phase wires still attached and the wheel standing upright with no way of setting it down

I have the BK8M with the built in transmission but I can not seem to unlock the speed. I tried it and it only disabled the pedal assist

1 handed clamp set - easier than tags Tire levers Heat the tire for 3 mins in hot water 80°c Apply lubricant oil with hands on the rim's outer edge and the inner surface Apply oil with hands on the outer edge and inner edge of tire which has contact during mounting. Without lubricant there is chance of tire bead getting damaged. After the first tire bead goes in, with hand push the second bead as far as possible and use the clamps to press the tire on the sides to hold the tire inside the rim. Then use the tire lever to complete it. It is as easy as 10 mins job !

What do I do if it beeps but won't turn on the whole way it acts like it has a short tries to turn on but cycles through the start over and over again and won't stay on and it just beeps the battery is fine could it be like a bad capacitor or fuse maybe?

put zip ties/cargo straps from the pound shop or strong string around the rubber tyre at 3-4 points if that is tubeless in the video you will have a slow puncture with the deformed rims after doing this all the time especialy without cloth . if still struggling preheat in the oven , dont melt!

Scratches not the worst on rim. But it`s being bent and out of balance is another thing.. I changed tire several times on my elscooter with 10 wide tires, not the rim looks like a scratched up mess. Still in balance tho.

not all tires r this easy... I just replaced my solar p1 tyre fucking hell... I was sweating
