What coffee were you served at Sey? They say that Sey's known for their clean tasting coffee cause Lance's not quite a fan of experimental processing. Just wondering whether you experienced that. The clip from Sey had me drooling!
It was La Familia Morales Rivera, an anaerobic washed / natural mix from Ecuador. SO clean, really bright. I still think about it regularly 😅
Which one did you like the most ?
My top 3 were SEY, Voyager, and La Cabra and it's SO hard to choose between them. Based solely on coffee, maybe SEY.
