  • This documentary, three years in the making, uncovers the history of City Park. It follows that plot of land from Colonial America, to the 21st Century as it changed hands from ownership to ownership. It steps though each of the main attractions at the park, and shows how each of those attractions came to be, uncovering the story of the people who resided on and interacted with that plot of land throughout the years. Take a walk through history as we uncover the story of how that tract of land became known by many as the “Crown Jewel” of the Washington County Park System.

this is very informative and a generally well researched production. I question the attribution of Central Park in New York to George Burnap instead of Olmsted and Vaux
