Beautiful room! When I first went to college I decorated my room all up too....by the end of senior year I'd gotten so sick of moving stuff from room to room that I was down to a bed, desk, chair, shelf, and lamp lol! Decorate while you have the gumption to do it!!!

A lot of American universities have apartment style dorms too, where you have your own bedroom/bathroom and you share the kitchen.
Well, you get to know the person, and it becomes really fun.
It's like a way to create community amongst the students. You get to meet someone new and make friends.
