This place looks very nice for a budget friendly hotel. There was a bit of wear and tear on some furniture - but that happens with time. Everything looked really clean. The breakfast, pool and fire pit area looked great! We stayed at a hotel in Pigeon Forge once that backed right up to the river. That was a lot of fun. All the ducks and geese had a nice feast thanks to Carly. Thanks for sharing this nice budget friendly option with us!

Greetings, from Nebraska. Thank you for uploading this video. We stayed at Arbors at the Island & I didnt even realize that they had a breakfast bar downstairs. We remembered watching review videos on Reagan's House of Pancakes across the street from our motel, so we went there for our breakfasts. It was a very nice experience. Unfortunately, we didnt get to enjoy the area back by the river. It was pretty hot & our son wanted nothing to do with insects, etc. It's probably for the better, I guess. The geese probably wouldve attacked me. ❤❤❤You had me at bisquits & gravy❤❤❤. That food looked delicious. I clicked that LIKE BUTTON from both accounts.
Arbors at the Island has donuts out 24 hours a day. Reagan's House of Pancakes is not a favorite of ours. Everyone gives it good reviews though. We love watching the geese. Carly is such a animal lover, that we always have to take time to see the ducks & geese.
@vafunseekers We had heard mixed reviews about Reagan's as well. I wonder why they're not more consistent. Especially in a high customer tourist spot. I know there are 2 Reagan's locations down there & we heard mostly bad about the other location. We mainly went because our motel gave us free vouchers for the "only pancake meal," which our son had a little bit of & for us to have the buffet it was $5-something. The food was being brought out fresh & our waitress was great. The lady at the cash register didn't seem too friendly & there was an issue with air conditioning condensation dripping partially in a pot next to my seat & some drops landing on my shoulder. Given it was so hot & humid when we were down there, we completely understood the cooling situation. We had suffered a negative experience at the Sunliner Diner (which we made a video about), so after that bad evening meal the night before, the waitress could've spilled my coffee all over me & I think I still would've considered it a plus.
@@nebraskalens12 We go to Reagan’s when we stay at the Arbors too. Most of the time we don’t use all the vouchers. We’ve done the buffet and the pancakes. The Arbors is one of our favorite hotels. Carly and David like getting a donut when we go to the pool. It’s clean, nice pool, and we can walk to the Island. We have had good experiences at Sunliner but it’s loud.
@@vafunseekers Oh yeah. I forgot about them having donuts there too. Rats! We did go down to the pool once as a family, then the other time Jaxon & I were the only ones to go. He never learned how to swim, so we bought some donut floaties a month in advance. Once he tried that, he was loving the experience & yes the pool was very clean. It was pretty much the only time that he wasn't pestering us to go back inside the motel. Mrs. NebraskaLens & I will have to try to come up with a more creative strategy when we're there again, to keep mini me out in the public eye. Please tell David "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" from us. And yes, I remember watching your video with WE REVIEW U, (I believe it was), when you did the music trivia there. Forgive me if I'm wrong about the location or the company.

It is a nice hotel for a budget hotel. I know quite a few people who stay here every trip to Pigeon Forge. You will enjoy the river behind the hotel. The sidewalk, pavilion, and firepits are nice. I would recommend this hotel or the Clarion behind the Lumber Jack Feud as far as Choice Hotels. Thanks for watching!

We had no issues with it. Our daughter was on it more than I was and she didn't complain about it not working.

You will have to check the website for that because it changes constantly depending on the date and type of room you get. It is always one of the more reasonable hotel accommodations in Pigeon Forge. Thanks for watching!
DON'T: Feed ducks bread or junk food. Foods like bread and crackers have no nutritional value to ducks and can cause malnutrition and painful deformities if consumed too much. DO: Feed ducks cracked corn, oats, rice, birdseed, frozen peas, chopped lettuce, or sliced grapes. Just an FYI
Thank you so much for your comment. We actually were in search of birdseed and was told that the bread and eggs would be okay. Next time I think I'll bring birdseed with me from home. We love the ducks and enjoy feeding them. We may bring some cracked corn too. Such a peaceful place with the beautiful ducks.
