@@ILoveMuzzleloading I’ve done a few 3D archery shoots, mostly with recurve and longbow, and this resembles that in most respects. Using a flintlock or percussion rifle adds that extra bit of fun. Hopefully I can get involved with a woods walk in my area.
Woodswalks are my favorite events. Our club hosts two per year. I peaked fall of last year when I cut the crossed strings. Large difference with our rules: misfires are marked at 0.
I'm no sharpshooter either but it's good fun either way! You get a lot of use out of that SMR. I go back and forth between my colonial & smr. Guess I need to build a woods runner
A adore as you guys casually fuck with each other while shooting at god knows what, or more accurately pulling the glass. (Pulling glass out of your feet because you dropped the bottle)
Who Cares? if they Out Shoot! who? "I BET!" Every One of You is Helping the Others' OUT! as Much as you Can! THANK YOU SIR! may we? Have Another! Please. I watched like four times? I can Not get my Locks this reliable and FAST! Keep Your! SMOKE Poles! SMOKING!
I've been using the Walker Silencer R600 for about a year now. I really enjoy them for muzzleloading. They are small enough that they don't bump into the stock when I shoot. They are electronic too so I can hear my buds talk and they cut out the shots. Things I don't like: Charging can be finicky, I have to double and triple check that they are charging when I put them back into the case. They don't have any buttons, the outside of each bud is a "touch pad". My hands are rough and calloused, so sometimes it's difficult to turn them on.
I tried some of those that go inside the ear canal, but they bother my ears and can be quite painful. Not sure if there area y that are easier on the ears. I’m currently using the old fashioned ones that go over the ear.
Nothing like a relaxed comfortable shoot. This was a very nice video.
Thank you Francis.
Looks like great fun.😊
It was!
Looks like a great time!
Very!
That looks like a ton of fun.
It sure was, a highlight of my life really.

I enjoy the missing-the-target shots. It's what I do the best!
Looks like a good time was being had by all. It was such a sympathetic audience too... when things wen "Wahoonie", as well! Good memories!
The crowd makes it all the better, lol
Some of the most fun I've had is being on a woods walk with my friends/hecklers.....
Amen!
Always seems like an interesting event.
It has a lot of variety for sure.
I can’t believe I still haven’t made a trip to shoot the woods walk.
Let me know when you can, the match and ice cream after are on me!
Sometime this spring!

Thought I was the only one that would use a zouave in a woodswalk👍
"But can you shoot?"
"Hell no." *immediately misfires*

Cool
Thanks!
3 18 shot walks. Yeah that's endurance. And more fun than a hooman bean should be 'lowed.

Thank you Dave! Working on more!
May I ask what type/brand of hearing protection you were wearing for this shoot, and how well you liked it? Sure looked like a ton of fun too!

@@ILoveMuzzleloading Thanks so much for taking the time for such an honest and complete review.
