    Nice video. I just bought one air bike and I didn't have very clear what was the right lean, I mean I thought the right position was sitting without any lean, in fact at the begining I was exercising that way, but it was very uncomfortable. So I decided to look for information in youtube to solve the doubt. Now it's clear for me. Thank you.

      Glad you found your answer! You definitely want some degree of torso lean, that allows for way more power.
