I've been reading and watching videos like this one for a few years because I want to advance my advance my capability to do accurate surveys.
Until now I never had access to the equipment to do the surveys and just watching videos wasn't sufficient for me to really learn to work flow. Finally I think I've met somebody who has an Emlid and maybe even an RTK drone that I could rent to practice doing this stuff. I can finally start to develop some competency and start picking up clients that would like to pay for this service.
For anybody who doesn't have quite a bit of money to spend on an idea it's pretty hard to get started doing this stuff. The jump from flying a P4P without ground control to doing a proper survey is huge.

If you are looking to add this as a service then you need to invest. If you can't get hold of an Emlid (or other high quality GNSS receiver) then NTRIP/CORS can be an option.
Check out these videos if you have not already done so

It's interesting, all the different ways to accomplish about the same thing depending on whether you have an RTK drone or not, GNSS receiver or not, utilizing OPUS and CORS.
Hopefully if I'm able to rent the Emlid I'll start practicing the workflow and gaining competency.
I guess another way to do it is to higher a surveyor to set GCP's.
I have gotten pretty good results using a buddies Aeropoints. It's pretty nice to download the CSV and import it right to the photogrammetry application.
Thanks for those links to the other videos!

@@jerseyshoredroneservices225 It looks like you are in NJ. I have a friend who lives in Bergen County that has a spare Emlid he might be interested in renting out. If you're interested I can put you in touch - just send me an email to barry@aviosaerialmedia.com

I assume OPUS is only north America. Is there a similar system that covers the UK?

OPUS is a US system. But...it uses the GPS constellation (in beta to use others too), and GPS covers the world, so my assumption would be that it should work anywhere.
I know a friend has used the Canadian system within the US when OPUS was being slow.
