I had a 2022 Sprinter 2500 Diesel Cargo van that I had a very hard (I drove over two thousand miles just for the smog test, and still the Exhaust gas monitor is still not ready for the smog test) to pass the California smog test, so I had to sell it when it only had less than 10000 miles. Is Mercedes fixing the problem?
Great review, best on the Tube so far. Watched it awhile back and ended buying this exact 2023 144” WB with high output 4 cylinder but also with AWD. Same Blue-Grey which is a stunning color option for Sprinters. Our 3rd Sprinter and definitely the best of the bunch. The little 4 banger puts out amazing power and torque. With the new 9 speed transmission it definitely feels like it has more get up and go then the previous 6 cylinder which is surprising. Mileage is phenomenal for such a big vehicle. For those of you wondering about the AWD replacing the 4x4 I wouldn’t worry about that to much. With the 9 speed 1st is pretty low and this thing crawls along pretty good in the muck. Been through some pretty significant snow here in Montana and MB’s traction control is excellent compared to our recent Audi Q7 Quattro
The high output 2 litre engine will severely reduce the usable life of the van. I won’t be surprised if it cannot go past 250k without major major maintenance issues. As for all wheel drive, it’s the same thing. You’re going to have to deal with higher maintenance costs.
Well that’s good news. People in the EU have been saying 100k for that motor. I realize the 3.0l 6-cyl turbo diesels are hitting 300-500k miles. I agree that in general smaller displacement engines with high boost, high compression generally don’t last as long because they are working harder to achieve the higher HP. Haven’t heard too many problems with MBs 4MATIC AWD system. Initially they had some issues but I think most of those have been worked out. I have also been hearing that the previous 4x4 is actually a hybrid system, basically a AWD with selectable 2-speed Transfer-case. In that case I would assume the maintenance of the 4x4 would be about the same as the AWD? I’m more concerned with all the electronics and sensors on new vehicles. Just allot of high-tech electronics to go haywire. It’s interesting to hear people in different regions talking about these 2.0 4-cylinder HO bi-turbos. I think they have years more experience with these engines which are pretty recently introduced to the US market.
Not sure, never had one. I prefer the Diesel. The Diesel is known to be a very long lasting engine. Considering these vans are used more by expeditors, it makes sense to have an engine that will last over 500K. I do have the 4 Cyln gas turbo in my C-class... it's a great engine, awesome MPG and quick as Sh*t.
This is a 4x2. I've heard conflicting things about the AWD... I heard 2" life and 4" lift. I believe the 4x4 has a 4" lift... so I tend to think it's going that direction.

It looks like there’s a massive space underneath the hood on the right side. Is it large enough to mount some batteries?
Do you have prices for 2023 113 kWh yet?

Awesome to hear from someone with real-world experience. Have you tested enough to know what kind of actual highway mileage you're getting? Thanks!
Actually, yes! Going to post a big review tomorrow. But I got 21.4mpg from Cleveland to Columbus on Saturday.
@@ILoveProperty Not too shabby! I'll be looking forward to your review. Thanks for your reply!

how much does it cost ?
How are the Sprinter Gasoline engine vans? are they reliable?

@@ILoveProperty Ok cool, thanks for the info.
is this still aailable? although I am looking for the AWD but high output also works, other options are exactly what I wanted.
Hi Bin. Not this one, but we have more on order. Message us on our website, www.vandemic.com or call 614-682-3331 to discuss.
I would like to buy this van or a 2023 van. Everything looks sold out. Is this van still available?
Sorry, this one is gone, however I do have a more coming in and we can also order a van for you as well.

@@ILoveProperty The 2023 Mercedes no longer comes in 4X4, only AWD...
@@noahklein360 We know that
@@ILoveProperty You said: "I believe the 4x4 has a 4" lift," so I pointed out there is no longer a 4X4...
It will be better to have LED lights (front) than powered car seats :)
Sick van.
Ññ niiice
Your a good sellsmen
* you be
Remote Start? I dont think that was even an option.
Sucks there is no 4x4
So over priced. Not one of these vans should be over 35,000. Ridiculous. Especially the garbage pro master.
They are expensive... and I wish they were definitely more affordable... but then again, everything is too expensive!!!
