Senadina dates back billions of yrs ago while Ellie is around 50,000 yes old, theorized that Sena could be Ely's predecessor as Honkai apparently favoured her immensely to add some elements of her design onto Elysia (apparently Elysia was based off Senadina now, even tho we captains would ofc prefer her over Senadina due to the impact she had on us)

She's been around for much, MUCH longer than Elysia! The Mars crisis happened hundreds of thousands of years before Honkai ever touched Earth - she's the 'failed cocoon' of Mars, who wasn't able to save her planet the way Kiana saved Earth.
That's why she wants to team up with Dreamseeker - it's a second chance for Senadina to save people
I could stand there and watch her dance for hours. It feels so hypnotizing.

My interpretation of this is Senadina showing the Dreamseeker (omg my new favorite ship, sorry I can't help myself) what Mars used to be like before some sort of catastrophic destruction. I say this because shes dressed in the outfit we see her in when she speaks with Kiana. It seems like maybe this is after the disaster or something. I could be wrong too.
I hope we get a skin for her that is this outfit, its so pretty!
That's the gist. Current Mars is a wasteland. Senadine used her her power and recreate Mars inside 12 different bubble worlds based on her memory with Mars.

Istg they better make sense of her why she looks exactly like Elysia. The official post about Senadine, where they insinuated about the familiar eyes, and it said they may or may not related to the cocoon, or it's the opposite. And you know what the opposite of Cocoon? I think it's Origin.
People having repeating iterations is nothing new. Fu Hau's captain in the last era was almost a dead ringer for Himeko and actually had the name of Himeko. Likewise Dr MEI has the identical model to adult Raiden Mei. Even the Abnormal Stigma Chen is almost identical in appearance to Owl. Infact, considering that Senadine is technically WAY older than Elysia, it could be that Elysia's appearance could be a long time consiquence of Senadine's existance.

According to Dr. Mei, Elysia is an anomaly in the Imaginary tree, she called it "symmetry breaking", and her existence isn't a part of the system that put forth by the Finality, which is the 50.000 years samsara. Her existence has never been cycled in the samsara, hence there's no current era Elysia, hence there was never Elysia in GGZ either - which is a game confirmed by the devs within the same universe, hence even Su using his cosmic juggernaut to observe the countless different worlds in the Imaginary tree has never found another version of Elysia ever. Dr Mei concluded her research with Elysia and said, her chances of existing is "30 - 35 zeros behind decimal point" basically 0.00000000000000000000000000000000xx% hence Kevin said "there won't be a second Elysia".
In the Honkai verse (official name by the dev), there's a reason why there are multiple - even countless copies of the "same" person, the reason is because this universe adopting the concept of parallel worlds, those parallel worlds existing at the same time, represents the branch and leaves from the Imaginary tree. And in special case, like the world Kiana and Kevin lives in, a world can be directly influenced by the Finality judgment, which in this case was the 50.000 years samsara. The emersion of Elysia in the last samsara (previous era) and her sacrifice, finally put an end of the samsara. Elysia that was never part of the samsara nor imaginary tree as a whole, shouldn't have a copy.
That's why it doesn't make sense if another Elysia or a being pre-date Elysia existed. Therefore while indeed Senadine looks like her, she's not the usual expy that usually found in this universe. Because of the official post insinuate specifically about her similar eyes, I believe her existence has something to do with the authority of Origin or the "concept of Origin, not because of the parallel worlds concept or another samsara that allows person to exist in different world or cycle through different time.

If female Dreamseeker is the default I wouldn't mind at this point is they just made it so that dreamseeker can cannonically change gender at will, like some kind of transformation or genderbend ability, I think I would prefer that to illusion of choice...

That illusion of choice will piss off people though since canon dreamseeker is female one, hell we're not even seeing male dreamseeker in any pv, it's so obvious how much of an afterthought is male dreamseeker, kinda disrespectful to give players such illusion of choice to be honest

There's just 1 thing I'm wondering, the girl was announced recently that she's the Goddest of Mars who managed to meet Kiana, and I came across every videos saying this is Senadina. Obviously they are pretty lookalike, but there's no actual acknowledgement that they are the 1 person (yet).

question real quick, are all the cutscenes only with female dreamseeker? since the game forces the player to be femMC in the prologue until later on so i think the canon gender is probably female, i've only started honkai 3rd like 1 day ago (lvl 29 rn) and plan on keeping up with part 2 while doing part 1 on the side and i want to know if the cutscenes have maleMC since i can't find any videos that have maleMC in it

But this one is just an exception because It's the first Cutscene
So only Female MC can get this cutscene
Later on we will get an Event and there is CN Voice for Male MC and Female MC

not joking, hi3 is the favorite child. No other game got something that can compare to a full revamp: from gacha to graphics and even mechanics, Da Wei crying et cetera. The devs said they didn’t make this into a new game cause they love Hi3.

As someone who plays all three.
HI3 is the fav of the creators because it is the OG that laid the foundation for the others.
Here is how I see it. HI3 formed the base for GI who then proceeded to have astounding success and far surpassed its predecessor.
Then the money made by GI & other Hoyo IP’s(HI3 included) went into Hoyo’s dream project HSR. Who again far surpassed its predecessors in revenue generation and is still going strong. (Some people who only play Genshin & don’t read statistics, don’t realise HSR surpassed Genshin a long time ago in revenue generation percentage in the same amount of time)
Besides, as a company there is no feeling more happening than having all your projects surpass your previous ones.
So it is true GI and HSR are the money makers. HSR is also generous simultaneously and QoL friendly. But this is coming full circle. Now both these series have contributed into making of HI3’s part 2.
Which if showcases are to be believed is going to be as good as GI/HSR in everything and is ofcourse extremely generous with freebies too.
So basically the point is, without HI3 neither GI nor HSR would’ve existed. But at the same time without GI and HSR, HI3 part 2 would also not exist.
Anyone who says otherwise is just ignoring reality.
Also this cycle will continue the money made by HSR, GI and HI3 part 2 will go into ZZZ. And hoyoverse would want nothing more than for ZZZ to surpass all previous IP’s. So this petty fighting is useless, the creators themselves want each of their successive IP’s to surpass previous ones no matter what people say, do or feel.

female character is canon protagonist. male character is for fanservice, he does not appear in the plot, which mean you wont see him in every cutscene in game. Unless you can see him (you can change the MCs male or female) when you explore the map or in battle
