Haha yes this is different! Would be a great way to store Lego even if you don’t sell on Bricklink. Hope it helps 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Thanks for the content! One question I do have. If I hae the same item, lets take 3001 in blue in two different conditions, used but "like new" and used but "heavy playware". So I put the two conditions in remarks. Now, if I add more parts, etc and at some point want to consolidate items, those two are always thrown together, even though they differ in remarks and condition. How can I avoid that, so they remain as two seperate items?

It’s a great question and one that can be tricky with Brickstore when combining lots. My recommendation would be having two separate lots and not consolidating as the lots are in such different condition. As I mention in most of my videos I don’t list heavy playwear unless it’s a more expensive or rare part. It would also be an issue where you copy remarks when adding and hence why I would not add the heavy playwear. Also make sure if you do add any information it’s in the “comment” line. The remarks line is where you add your store code/location. Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to have a longer discussion there is a link in the description.

Thanks for the reply. „Heavy used“ was just an example, more likely it’s going to be rare parts where to put comments. So no way this can be done? Because when consolidating, you also can’t like skip the particular part. Quite annoying that this is not working…

If you are wanting it then I would copy that line to a separate Brickstore file and do a separate upload. There is no individual option per line on Brickstore that I have seen to consolidate or not - it generally is the box you tick on Bricklink

We talked on FB I belong to the Brickink group. I never set my saving place to the internal hard drive. Aways use an external drive or a USB so you can ensure if there is an issue or if you have muti-computers.
