the front is LOSA5144 (2.75 Spring 1.4 Rate, Gold) & Rear is traxxas TRA5860 (they are fronts so that the ride hight doesn't end up to high, but the spring rate is great) .. credits go out to my friend Josh L. for finding this out.

I'm just wondering how long it takes to do this mod, ...you ask $700+ in Labour. I would like to know the hourly rate. This is a very trick mod, and definitely not knocking it one bit.......but, the labour rate does seem excessive.
Seriously? You're knockin' Novak like it's your day job... Have you ever contacted their customer support? You seriously don't even have to, you can just send it in and they replace it. Maybe next time you or your friends install a Timbuk2, you should read the instructions.
