You could prompt gpt to say something like "Write me an overpass turbo query for all of the hospitals and clinics in CITY" If you run into problems with that, then I would try prompting with GPT for one thing at a time. So start out with just asking GPT for the hospitals in your city. Run that in overpass turbo, export and then do the same process with the clinics. (A "clinic" might be a bit broad, so you may want to be specific on what type of clinic you are searching for.) Hope this helps!
