Stolen Motorbike Arson - Fire Service on Scene

Description:
What would appear to be a stolen moped was set alight beneath a train tunnel. I had personally overheard a group of people discussing "hotwiring", after spending an hour trying to start the bike below my apartment. Shortly after the silence, I heard sirens and a fire engine stopped around the corner, to which I found this. I spoke to another resident who had overheard a different part of their conversation, of which "torching it" was mentioned. The incident is ongoing at the time of posting this video (vehicle is being recovered, police investigating). A tree and a fence were also set alight in the blaze.
