I just think people who concentrate too much on how complex the song 'should be' is missing out on what music really is, which is expression. Bands write music based on how they feel, not how amazing they would look in tablature. Groove, feel and emotion do more for me than technicality, although I can definitely appreciate that.
drumgroovy totally respect your opinion and totally agree with your last sentence. personally, i find this song boring in comparison to a lot of their stuff. just don't think the latest album is as layered or as heavy as the others. bear in mind, that, yes, i prefer UABB when they're a little more "complex" or whatever (or at least when they change riffs and tempos more in one song- and vocal styles..) but I'm still one of the people who defended against the hater onslaught for Dillinger Escape Plan's "Happiness Is A Smile"- like you said yourself, it's about expression, and at the ned of the day 1- a band can't keep on doing exactly the same thing their whole career- it would be dishonest of them and boring FOR them and 2- it all comes down to personal opinion of the listener and how the song "hits" the listener - this song didn't hit me, but if they played it live id rock as hard to it as the others!
Toby B Honestly, something I noticed from seeing them live the other day, the newer songs just feel more intense in a live setting. I think that may be part of what they were going for. They're definitely one of the best live bands I've seen in a very long time.
drumgroovy Some people just get bored of simplicity, a desire to hear something unique and things that are more simple often sound a lot like other simple things, and it's an easy way to attempt to discredit a band. I think that's rubbish but personally this is too dull for me to enjoy, and that's just some people.
drumgroovy Yeah emotion is important. But it's also possible that simplistic musicians lack the talent, education or ability to write well composed music. If they have the talent and education in writing, then you can get both- intense musical emotion and good writing.
Seeing videos like this remind me that we are a family. We get each other in strong ways that even our friends/family doesn’t understand. The metal community is what saved my life. I just wish more people understand what it’s about. Not all hate. Just expression and understanding each other.
Danny has the most aggressive growls and sick ass high pitch. With the rest of the band mates who are creative musicians definitely throw hooks to catch people's ears. Plus Danny is a handsome outgoing guy. That's a hat trick. Worth seeing live, without a doubt. Fan since 2008. \m/
I completely forgot about these guys until I heard one of their new songs in the current Deathcore list on Spotify. This entire album is one of the best albums ever made...
Smithysmithin I'm so hit or miss with this band. Some days, when you just need a hard hitting groove they get the job done, other days I just can't listen to them. But, having seen them live, I can tell you that they put on a hell of a show.
These guys are one of those bands that for some reason bore me to tears when I'm listening to their recorded stuff, but I caught them live when they went on tour with Whitechapel and Glass Cloud last year and they were a fucking blast.
Def one of the best vocalists in metal. Such a great screaming voice. I do have to say, I used to listen to this when I got drunk after work. Pretty generic, but that two step break down is where it's at.
Cut that my band and the events company we played for ended when we were offered to support uabb on the Australian tour. I hope they come back some time so I can see them perform! Great songs, I've been listening for over 10 years!
Theres more water in than the world than anything else the world has to offer! Compare it to tears in the people of the world! And you will see the worlds path .... ADX8❤
A pretty heavy, kickass song with a message behind it. Maybe I'm looking too much into it, I dunno, but I love the song and feel like there's a hidden message, especially if you pay attention to the video. Good stuff.
Everyone hating and judging below, You're the reason Metal is where its at right now. This is why Rap/Hip Hop is on top. Because they support each other a lot more than this community. Get your shit straight pls.
Only really got 6 favourites. more of a death metal sorta person: Suicide silence Aversions crown Chelsea grin Upon a burning body Rings of Saturn Nott (down tempo deathcore. Heavy as fuck)
GetScaredGaming The publicity stunt never really bother me, but I don't like this music because I find it generic and boring, and because I feel they lost every shred of the intensity they had on their first album.
Love this song for my anxiety cause it happens, my anxiety gets me it's best shot and I am still standing here. PS this song gives me goosebumps just a badass punch you in the mouth song.
saw these guys at the hawthorne theatre in portland with whitechapel... badass group of dudes!!!! Moshed to glasscloud and Sysiphean conscience with the rest of us admirers. Love this band and its music.
this video just convinced me to finally throw away my old self-harm blades . thx uabb for giving me the courage to finally fully let go of an old horrible habit of mine ^^ awesome track too !! 🤘
I like UABB A LOT as well as the music video itself. A very strong message, but a let down for the ones with their heads stuck down in the dessert. You know what year it is, date and day. UABB are what they are, swallow it, or simply never look up UABB again.
2:37 That breakdown pumped me up with adrealine, damn man
Agreed! Had my earphones on too. Made me headbang on that Badass breakdown lol
I believe!! Yeah u better believe!! Lol
+Sorrow. Though its pretty sweet, that is not a breakdown.
So don't get offended by being corrected
So Wtf do u call it??
I just think people who concentrate too much on how complex the song 'should be' is missing out on what music really is, which is expression. Bands write music based on how they feel, not how amazing they would look in tablature.

drumgroovy Then there's Oceans Ate Alaska, which does both IMO.
drumgroovy totally respect your opinion and totally agree with your last sentence. personally, i find this song boring in comparison to a lot of their stuff. just don't think the latest album is as layered or as heavy as the others. bear in mind, that, yes, i prefer UABB when they're a little more "complex" or whatever (or at least when they change riffs and tempos more in one song- and vocal styles..) but I'm still one of the people who defended against the hater onslaught for Dillinger Escape Plan's "Happiness Is A Smile"- like you said yourself, it's about expression, and at the ned of the day 1- a band can't keep on doing exactly the same thing their whole career- it would be dishonest of them and boring FOR them and 2- it all comes down to personal opinion of the listener and how the song "hits" the listener - this song didn't hit me, but if they played it live id rock as hard to it as the others!

2:40 is a punch to the mouth! So heavy. Reminds me of Unearth! Those riffs!
I really like how easily understandable he is in every song of them I've heard. I like understandable screamers, I think it is pretty cool
me too man, one of my favs
Jimmy Lynch then you should check out The Amity Affliction
Trevor Brooks yeah Joel is very easy to understand as well. Another one is Silent Planet's singer, he is really understandable too
That's why I love As I lay dying so much. Tim can scream so clearly it's ridiculous.
But are you a screamer at midnight?
Seeing videos like this remind me that we are a family. We get each other in strong ways that even our friends/family doesn’t understand. The metal community is what saved my life. I just wish more people understand what it’s about. Not all hate. Just expression and understanding each other.
Metal music is all about confidence.
I agree with it's a shame that we as metalheads don't have anyone too talk too
2024 still lovin uabb 💪
Danny has the most aggressive growls and sick ass high pitch. With the rest of the band mates who are creative musicians definitely throw hooks to catch people's ears. Plus Danny is a handsome outgoing guy. That's a hat trick. Worth seeing live, without a doubt. Fan since 2008. \m/
Winston is not in the conversation?
I completely forgot about these guys until I heard one of their new songs in the current Deathcore list on Spotify.
This entire album is one of the best albums ever made...
I didn't realize how much play's this had that's cool. They have enormous Underground following. They are one of Sumerian's many amazing bands.
These guys have some incredible energy. Awesome!
Just found these guys in 2019. Good metal never gets old!
Same here, I found this band a few days ago and I think they’re one of my new favourites!
Mollie me too
Just found these guys in 2024. I've been sleeping on some good bands!
These guys sound different, but i think in a good way. Glad i gave them a chance.
Smithysmithin I'm so hit or miss with this band. Some days, when you just need a hard hitting groove they get the job done, other days I just can't listen to them. But, having seen them live, I can tell you that they put on a hell of a show.
Clicked this out of curiosity. I was not disappointed at all. 11/10.
Best breakdown in history of metal
I love these guys one of my new favorite bands
Producer: how much fire do u want.
Guy: YES
Best question and even better answer
Danny is so badass that he doesn’t need the fire . It looks like they had a lot of fun the music video
That's a bad ass brother.
these guys are amazing I discovered them because they randomly followed me on Twitter so happy!!
Criminally Underrated Band
nothing like a tatted up muscular dude screaming at you to come off drugs , goddamn I love it
lost you at muscular
+abhishek redkar hahhahahahahah
well he has muscles so yes he's technically muscular
stfu trevor
doubt his energy ?
One of the best metal songs of this decade.
that guitar really pumps me up.
DarthZak
The double bass towards the end gets me hyped lol
This is the song I use to max out. That breakdown never ceases to amp me up.
First song I hear of Upon a burning body, this is freaking awesome!
You bring the rain, i bring the thunder!!!
And the rain will kill us all. We throw ourselves against the wa... Sorry, wrong song.😂😂
lmao
😂😂🙌🙌
+Metal Pool
PSYCHOSOCIAL
Insanity Nightmare wall and no one else can see the preservation of the martyr in meehhh **
5SOSFAM Lane: Michael Cliiford
*Headbanging, screaming.*
PSYCHOSOCIAL!! PSYCHOSOCIAL!! PSYCHOSOCIAL!!
These guys are one of those bands that for some reason bore me to tears when I'm listening to their recorded stuff, but I caught them live when they went on tour with Whitechapel and Glass Cloud last year and they were a fucking blast.
I'm crying because of the new song. That song isn´t as beautiful as this one.
This has to be one of their better songs. Brutal and it has meaning. Good shit.
2:38 makes me want to break a lot of things.
That part is so fucking good.
THUNDER
Was 2:40 for me.
I can fucking feel the moshpit forming from 2:12
that was crazy good!
These guys slayed at Heavy Montreal 2015. Go see them live!
Def one of the best vocalists in metal. Such a great screaming voice. I do have to say, I used to listen to this when I got drunk after work. Pretty generic, but that two step break down is where it's at.
getting chills through the whole song, unreal :D
Cut that my band and the events company we played for ended when we were offered to support uabb on the Australian tour. I hope they come back some time so I can see them perform! Great songs, I've been listening for over 10 years!
Gives me chills 2:40 holy shittttt
These guys really bring something special. Love being from Texas!! Especially just a hop and skip up the road.
Didn't know El Diablo had a band.
your comment gives me life😂
your comment gives me strength
DJ Abbas 65ddgyyytttt
Go look Alex terrible, he has the devil's throat
DJ Abbas and your comment gives me haters
Theres more water in than the world than anything else the world has to offer! Compare it to tears in the people of the world! And you will see the worlds path .... ADX8❤
That breakdown tho 🤘😎👊
idk but I really like the scream thing he does with his voice at 2:15 I think it's really cool and unique
Getting a real slipknot vibe off this, it's great!
thecheesefilledllama Psychosocial Riff haha
TruculentEdits thecheesefilledllama exactly! 2:40 = Psychosocial!
4 for You /Darwin Medina Also listen to "Break My Addiction" by Attila you can hear that Psychosocial riff in there too ;)
I kinda thought the same, was picking up some slipknot. Not complaining at all, liked the song.
thecheesefilledllama. Same !
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

In a list of top 10 deathcore bands, these guys would definitely be present. Who else?
I'd put Thy Art is Murder on that list!
Rhys Mogg Oh of course. They're probably higher up on said list than UABB lol.
brothercartman yeah I'd agree haha! Chelsea Grin would be somewhere on that list too
Only really got 6 favourites. more of a death metal sorta person:
Suicide silence
Aversions crown
Chelsea grin
Upon a burning body
Rings of Saturn
Nott (down tempo deathcore. Heavy as fuck)
+Azerix nvm there's Whitechapel, the Depths and Thy art is murder too
This is a tear jerking banger in 2021, too.
Brutal. Loved the song, loved the video.
Best song on the album, hands down. Most bands that go to Sumerian loose their sound and what made them great. With UABB, they continue to improve.
If the camera panned out a little more during the burning ring shot, you'd have seen Smeagol burning as well.
We would have but the camera guy RUINED IT!
2023 and I am here for this! Love from Australia! Amazing song!
The woman at the end of the video isn't casting away marriage but rather an abusive relationship.
their best album hands down no contest
Pretty good. Only reason people "dont like the music" is because of the publicity stunt.
GetScaredGaming The publicity stunt never really bother me, but I don't like this music because I find it generic and boring, and because I feel they lost every shred of the intensity they had on their first album.
Timothy Lumbrix Loved that song, Carlitos way.
Andrew Cramer Carlito's Way, Any Given Sunday, Heat, and, of course, Intermission. Whole first album was boss.
GetScaredGaming what publicity stunt?
When one of the band members claimed they were kidnapped.
it does have a powerful message behind the video. its removing that damage and addiction in life.
Love this song for my anxiety cause it happens, my anxiety gets me it's best shot and I am still standing here. PS this song gives me goosebumps just a badass punch you in the mouth song.
this hits diffrent, I love it since its release a decade ago!
My dog is sleeping peacefully next to while I'm listening to this at full blast 😂😂
This is the second song I've heard from them and the message I took from this song is powerful.
I'll bring the bring the beer, you bring the ice.
2:37 Bring the thunder, baby! 🤘🏻
I'll bring the lightning.
I'll bring the clouds
I'll bring the water
I'll just watch I guess
I'll bring the weed.
I'll bring the pussy
One of the hardest bands in the deathcore scene 2008-2013
this shit is primal. Good lifting music. Seen them live at the house of Blues in Worcester. good show
His pronunciation is impeccable takes alot of talent to make it so clean. Props 100

Check out slaughter to prevail
Fuck yea they where and slaughter to prevail another great one
Chelsea’s grin too
saw these guys at the hawthorne theatre in portland with whitechapel... badass group of dudes!!!! Moshed to glasscloud and Sysiphean conscience with the rest of us admirers. Love this band and its music.
I still can't get enough of this song
Thanx guys for this video! It always reminds me that even in a tough situation I still have a choice.
I would fuck my neck up so bad if i played this drunk when 2:39 hits, THUNDAAAA
holy fuck
i forgot about how amazing these guys sound
AND THEY FOLLOWED ME ON TWITTER *DANCES LIKE A 5YEAR OLD*
Spartacus likes this.
I hope UABB stays true to their ways instead of making decisions that are financial instead of musical.
Red. White. Green. Amazing album
The World Is Ours. Great Album
The World Is My Enemy Now. Good album
this so called deathcore band is fucking brutal
Saw these guys live a couple of years back. It was awsome then, and it's awsome now!
when I listen to this I automatically want to break shit. 🔥🔥🔥
Great Music Video!
Why does the middle sound like Slipknot's song *Psychosocial*?
I love the beat tho
my favorite UABB song finally got a video - thanks!
Good
You know a song is about to be good when there's a quote in the beginning.
this makes me want to flip my desk and skin haters alive... is this normal?
This makes me wanna go on a rampage so yeah
This makes me wanna stop being lazy and mower my lawn
Robert Bowen I go running with this song haha
James Day well it does have a shit tone of motivation in it. 😁😁😁
Gwillan cycleman pro gmr 117 hell ya man i almost killed a guy who flipped shit about them man
Damn I'm so ready for Upon a burning body's new stuff now let's go guys!!
This is fucking amazing!!!!!!
2:39 Slipknot vibe much?
nosmohttff Yeah sounds a little bit like physcosocial
Slipknot doesn't have a monopoly on industrial sounds. They don't own the the sound of metal on metal banging.
Shane Allison What?
nosmohttff What "Slipknot vibe" are you referring to?
a fellow Knucklehead hell yes
The lead singer is so hot!
I LOVE THAT BREAKDOWN
Why did that girl throw her ring into the fire instead of into a pawn shop?
Because, Metal
Feel the rain
That's funny.
Her dad walked out at an early age. She tends to react emotionally instead of logically and has poor financial acumen, in general.
Nine years later and homies still asking the right questions
Saw these guys in GR. Awesome performance
I like his teeth. He has really nice teeth.
drummers anonymous same
this video just convinced me to finally throw away my old self-harm blades . thx uabb for giving me the courage to finally fully let go of an old horrible habit of mine ^^ awesome track too !! 🤘
Awesome
I like UABB A LOT as well as the music video itself.
A very strong message, but a let down for the ones with their heads stuck down in the dessert.
You know what year it is, date and day.
UABB are what they are, swallow it, or simply never look up UABB again.
These guys killed it at Rocklahoma this year! Way to keep it brutal fellas! \m/
whos their drummer now?
Tito Felix
Samuel Odadjian one of my homies, I went to School with him :) sick isn't he? xD
2:40 The last time something dropped this hard.....Japan surrendered!
Holy fuck that is good !! Very good song :3
