Slipknot is one of the biggest metal bands in the world and for years some metalheads hate them for no reason. This band is fucking great to be treated like that.
My guess is because hippies/emos/alt whatever they're called now...we used to all be called "slipknots" first. I was called a slipknot when I was a 10 year old boy with a golden gay little fringe because it was slightly long 😂 so slipknot is an insult before I even knew who they were (23 years ago for me) perhaps this is why for some people they disliked them?
