- I Started A Full Playthrough In 2023 ! I have never beat this game, not even the first map, The Island, but today we change that! There are no mods on here so its "Vanilla" minus a few tweaks to some settings! If yall enjoy this video, let me know and leave any tips you have down in the comments!

i’m in the same position, i used to play on the island all the time but i never actually did caves or boss battles haha. i just started a new game on the island today and im hoping to get to “end game” in it!

i have a wood/stone base near the same spot you have one. and my tames are a pteranodon, moschops, and trike

i definitely wanna move it, just tryna find a spot that’s practical for all my dinos and somewhat safe haha. my chop died, now i have the ptera, trike, and i’ve added a carno and raptor to the family🤝

That all levels movement speed was really helpful when you cant carry your kit lmao

@@noahredmond1697 Yeah, that was hilarious!! Just a heads up my gaming pc is kinda bricked right now so it will be a bit before Ep 14 is out but working on getting a new motherboard and PSU so we can get right back into our island shenanigans! 😂

Great Video 😊, I started two days ago a ark server with a friend. I am playing the whole day Ark, but at some points it makes me so mad when I want to tame a raptor and he kills me 4 times 😅
Nice!! And I feel that! There has been so many times I am trying to do something and Ark wants to throw a raptor or terror bird at me instead lol! Part of the fun I guess! 😂

Exactly what settings did you use my dude? This right here is right about the pace I want for my single player experience. I got that you raised the gathering multiplier to 3. What else?
Increases the taming and mating speeds a bit as well as adjusting the days to be a bit longer and nights a bit shorter, but that’s just to make it a little easier for recording content! As soon as I get my new PC working I’ll going in and post a quick something with exactly what’s set!

I haven't watched the video yet so I don't know if you said it yet but are you playing vanilla or do you have some settings changed/mods on and if so do you mind telling me which settings/mods you are using because I like playing along with videos.
I’m playing mostly vanilla! No mods but some rates like taming and gathering are slightly up just to keep a good pace for videos for y’all! Nothing crazy though, I think 2.5 for the settings if I remember correctly!
Can you tell me your setting im new to the i have it on my ps4 and i've learned a lot from watching the first and 2nd eps and now i want to give i try you gave me a sense of what to look for thank you so much.
That’s awesome! I hope you like playing it as much as I do! I’m on 1440p with mostly high settings aside from the sky render for graphics! I have my difficulty overridden to 6.0, not sure if you can do that on console as I had to adjust the ini files in the game directory! If not you can still check max difficulty and it will give you max level Dino’s of 150 which is still good! I have my night speed at 2x cause it’s so dark and my harvest amount is at 2x as well so it’s a little quick for gathering resources for videos but not broken! Most of the other stuff is pretty default aside from taking speed which I’ve adjusted a lot to trying and cut down time when recording lol! I’ll check my exact settings but I think they are 2 or 3x if I remember correctly! I hope that helps get started!
How are your wild dino levels so high? I get everything under 30s or 40s...
I have the difficulty set to 6 so a max of 180 which helps! A lot of them are pretty low though! I cut out a bunch of the searching lol! Sometimes the luck just ain’t on my side! What difficulty are you playing on?

you get prime fish meat off the whales just hit the y button if not you have to kill it to get the prime fish meat
True!! I had that whale that was stuck by the beach but I think it’s free now! So much for my free meat! 😂
