You guys again. Damn that gets old. And if you are going to sell these you need to have a notary on staff for the states that require the MCO be notarized by you the seller or they will not process the paperwork for registration. And you need to include that info on your website as to if you do provide that service so customers know whether or not to order from you. Many online sellers include that service at no charge as a means of enticing customers to shop with them.
