You might be able to do the flowers in layers to keep them from floating. My daughter loves mushrooms so this was really cute and creative way to see them done
I really like all of them. And the bubbles on the bottom are spores! 😂 I think the "free bees" came out cute too. I like the sea shells. The gold definitely gives them bling❤.
Everyone is so adorable, I love them all. Flash cured is what happened to the 3rd one. Michelle, those eyeshadow applicator sponge work great for me then just pretty much dust the extra out by banging the mold lightly on your table. But I always tap tap the extra powder off. A lot less stressful for ya. Also, more fun. If your making something that you do not want bubbles soak the flowers in the resin, I have also seen a few artists hang them up on a tiny line then dry them. Louise Singleton Creation is the best one to watch.
I’m not real sure how I missed this video! I went back just to see anything I missed thinking I hadn’t! Mushrooms don’t usually float my boat so that’s probably why. Anyway, I absolutely love these little guys!! Now I’ve got to go see if I can still get the molds! Thank you so much, Michelle! Y PS. They’re still there! I’ll order through you as an affiliate.
I use my finger to place the chameleon powder rather than a brush. There isn't so much wastage. I have also thought of mixing the powder with UV resin and curing it inside (in place) with a UV torch. I love your experiments!!! PS my real name is Nancy Hopkins. I just bought some glitter from you. I was thinking of a better way to make resin projects in pots, etc. with dried flowers. (Things like the biggest shroom, not the molds that have "sides" you pour in, but the ones that require a big dump of resin.) Take a balloon and put it inside the pot. Blow it up so that there is a minimal amount of space between the blown-up balloon and the inside. Pour the resin with the flowers inside. The balloon will have to be secured with tape or something to prevent the resin from pushing it out. Remove the balloon after curing. If it's not coming out, just leave it inside. Make sure you have a color that looks okay with your resin/flowers. Just think how much resin you would save!!! Finally, these would make cool knobs.
On the mushrooms, could you maybe put some UV resin on them before flipping them ? Also as a nail tech , if you will get the powder a little wet and then brush it on , sometimes it works better and doesn’t spread as bad , at least on nails
I love these, l have the mushroom that comes in 2 pieces to make a jewelry container out of. But l love that little first one, l have the magenta. Need to go make some resin. Thanks for ideas.
I have these molds….michelle, what if you used black nail polish over the dots on the mushroom over the mica?? I don’t see why that would not work. I have some glitter nail pots I was thinking of painting the circles the uv glitter pink and then polish over it, you could even do cat eye?? Please try this experiment on a video 👏🏻
Hi Michelle. Question... could I use uv resin on the mica powders while the mold is still turned inside out to seal in the color and avoid having to clean the mold up after turning it back inside?
Love them Michelle and the idea of the chameleon on the base was such a good idea 💜
I had to forward this one to Marilyn. She has the cutest miniature garden outside in her garden. They would look so cute.
Oh my gosh they are just so darn cute 😍😍😍

Love the two little ones but they are all nice
They are so cute!
Also, before I had anything to remove bubbles, I set the container in my jewelry cleaner. It vibrates a lot of them out!
Good idea. I am going to try it!

Why did u use heat gun for bubbles, not seen end yet but they will be beautiful 😍.
The heat will pop them instead of taking chance with a torch
