These fit great and I am hoping they never need to protect me, but all it takes is 1 time. Check these out and other reviews here: amzn.to/3MSkhUt

At least you will have some protection now when working with the chainsaw. We are about 30 minutes away from a good hospital so these are a must.

I am not looking to cut my leg off, but if I do it will take a while to get it back on.

I had no idea these would fail with an electric chainsaw. Thanks for the info. Is that the case for even Class w trousers and jackets?

So the purpose of these are to clog and bog down the chainsaw until it dies, which it does for gas saws. Electric chainsaws have much more torque at lower speeds so they take a lot to clog them up. These will still help, but the chainsaw could get more layers than it was designed to do and get through it. If you are using electric chainsaws, I would search for that type of protection specifically.

I see you got the technical version. Do you know the difference between the class A technical version and the class A non-technical version? I looked at the descriptions of both on their website and even messaged them, but I never heard back. Why did you choose the technical version? Thanks

Honestly, I do not. I know the differences between class A and class B, but not technical vs non-technical. Sorry.

Those look nice. Don't test them out with the chainsaw.

I will try not to test them out in action. I am hoping I never have to, but if they need to protect me I feel like they would do a good job.

Hope you never have to test them.
