As a former miner, These are the truths of how these areas were settled. There were no “artist communities” please show a bit of respect to our Colorado histories. That mining was responsible for the development of the mineral districts up in higher elevations of Colorado and other Western States. Great content but lots of “They raped the lands moralizing” ignoring these area’s history.

Keep going up from jesse and you can see Preston. I work in the tiger dredge piles today.
Bet I have 3 to 5 years tops before it's pretty much done and reclamation can start
