I remember when I was 6, I thought church was boring so I would take a couple of toys with me. One time i took Darth Maul along with Qui Gon Jinn. I busted them out during mass and started playing with them. My Dad saw them and got SUPER pissed. He took me outside, took my Darth Maul, took the head off, and threw it away. I remember crying so hard. I'm 23 now, and all I have left from Darth Maul to "reminisce" on, is his headless body :/
lol i love my Dad to death. Over the years i've realized he's VERY self conscious around other people, especially large crowds. He even hates going to church. I'm pretty sure he is an atheist actually. Come to think of it, with that whole Darth Maul incident, i think he was worried about what all the religious folks surrounding us would think so he freaked out. He's the best though. That was a long time ago so i forgive him :)
I bet once hasbro was running out of ideas they looked back on this line and said hey you remember the commtech starwars figures? Why don’t we bring it back! But this time we call it forcelink! It will never fail 😂
I've got the whole collection. From figures, vehicles, playsets, exclusives, 12" dolls, even the Eopie with Japanese sticker. I know the slim bubble R2, Yoda with Episode 1 on the card, and the last 4 accessory sets are some of the harder to find ones.

Good review! I hated this gimmick back when these came out. I had tons of the chips, but never wanted to spend the money on the reader. Everytime I bought a new figure I'd be reminded of how I couldn't use the chips. I was thinking of picking one up now since they're cheap. Not going to, since the voices are awful.
