Have you purchased any products from them? Ive seen some forums on how there shipping is super slow and communication between them are not the best.

No not yet. They had a family emergency happen a while back if I remember correctly, on top of being ran by a small staff, it really set them back on orders. They have pinned posts on their Instagram with more info.
