    I like the fact that you show ALL the things that fisherman go through. Your content is great. Keep it up. The destroyed rod..the over sleeping of the alarm..the sea weed...it's all good and very familiar. Luv the croaker kingfish action.

    I was taught by two old salts from AC that you fish the white water at the bottom end of the outgoing tide. That has always worked for me. Stand by the edge of the water and cast out no father than the white water. Love the videos. Tight lines.

    Thank you for making these videos. It brings me right to where I'd love to be again. I used to live closer to the Jersey Shore.

    Great video. You might want to try the fast acting fish bites,they tend to work better in cooler water

    Great job bro. I’ve had better luck in Long Island than LBI last couple of years hopefully the late summer fall run will be hot. Will try fish bites from the surf. Mullet and clam wasn’t it last season. Tight lines 🐠 🎣

    Whenever I catch kingfish I’ll fillet them and keep their heads as bait for the fall drum run in Maryland

    Hey Dillon. Do you ever bleed your fish before tossing them in the cooler? I’d recommend it for whiter meat and more humane

    • @dillonfishing
      @dillonfishing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes literally 99% of the time. The one exception is when I don’t really have a cooler/bucket to bleed them in. Kingfish are incredibly mild and virtually no blood present in fillets

      I’m from Massachusetts and I’ve only fished for these down south, King George whiting and king fish are just about identical to me except for a little darker coloring on the king fish. Probably the same damn fish just depends on the region idk...

    or by it
    if you made it
    can you provide a link or just say what parts to buy
    what size
    etc
    I have never made those kind of rigs and so need help in learning about beads and floats
