A very good video! I recently completed the “loop” process for a leadership role, my experience with them was disappointing. The recruiter warned me that some of the leadership principle questions “might not apply” to the context, and if the questions they asked made no sense, to ask “for another one”. When it came to the interview itself, the 5 loop interviewers were literally reading off their questions with no real engagement or enthusiasm. Every time I didn’t have an answer with a “metric” they asked for another example.. “this time with a metric”. Example: they asked me “when did you have to disagree with someone, and what was the outcome, how did you measure it, can you share a metric?”. Literally that was the question. My view is, in an attempt to be comprehensive and consistent, they are asking some dumb questions, and they are not being very engaging. FINAL TIP - wear a hoody and have a beard. I wore a shirt and tie, and 2 of the 5 called me out on it. Every one of them was dressed casual.
What position did you apply for if you dont mind me asking? And would a metric be something like the client was satisfied with the outcome even though you disagreed?
@@TheOneCricketVR A metric would be a system to measure the outcome of a task, project, functionality or process, for example, how do you measure whether adding a new feature to an application is benefiting or hurting a user experience? A metric in this case would be something like engagement or retention which can be measured using customer visits or percentage of users returning.

@@GinoDaHora Total 2 rounds were there. Each round had 3-4 questions based on situations which were needed to be answered using STAR technique based on one of the leadership principles. Hope this helps.

I really recommend pass my interview preparation questions for amazon interview. I have really learnt from the videos leading to being successful in my amazon interview. The 22 questions are really important that pass my interview website provides for amazon. In my interview, the two questions were straightforward from those 22 questions. Rest questions were also somehow linked with those 22 questions. I am really thankful to the team. Kudos to the team.

How to resolve Outlook keeps freezing or failing to launch on Mac issue? How to find hardware configuration in MAC? How would you troubleshoot External Monitors not working for Windows? I just received notice yesterday that I got promoted to a area manager (L4)... before my interview I listened to your video over n over again and I would pause the video and role play with myself in the car as I drive to work... I gained so much knowledge just from listening to your video and how to be excited and passionate about being promoted to the next level. My HR representative at my station got some feedback from my interviewers and said that I rocked that interview… Thank you for creating this video it really helped me out a lot to understand the interview questions and what they were looking for as far as how to answer the questions. @@breezysurplus1. follow the advices from this channel 2. Understanding the amazon LP and mybe try to relate it to you presonally (ex. A. Hire & develop the best- in my case, i said i fully understand the importance of this particular LP, as I, myself can relate to it, i want to be hired and be developed by the best company, a company that aligns with my values etc.) 3. If u are having the group exercise like i did, show that u have a good leadership skills and a team player -show that u know how to collaborate and positively engage with others. Also, they'll look into ur problem solving skills, and the logic behind ur answers. 4. Light humour- dont over do it and feel the vibe first. The last 2 interviewers i had was chill and a lil 'jokey' (?) So i just followed along 😅 Those are 4 things i remember, theres probably more 😅 I wish u luck on ur interview and pls update us on the comment section how u get on 🙂🙂🙂

I really recommend pass my interview preparation questions for amazon interview. I have really learnt from the videos leading to being successful in my amazon interview. The 22 questions are really important that pass my interview website provides for amazon. In my interview, the two questions were straightforward from those 22 questions. Rest questions were also somehow linked with those 22 questions. I am really thankful to the team. Kudos to the team.

I just received notice yesterday that I got promoted to a area manager (L4)... before my interview I listened to your video over n over again and I would pause the video and role play with myself in the car as I drive to work... I gained so much knowledge just from listening to your video and how to be excited and passionate about being promoted to the next level. My HR representative at my station got some feedback from my interviewers and said that I rocked that interview… Thank you for creating this video it really helped me out a lot to understand the interview questions and what they were looking for as far as how to answer the questions. You really helped me prepare for this two hour interview and now I’m a Area Manager 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

2. Understanding the amazon LP and mybe try to relate it to you presonally (ex. A. Hire & develop the best- in my case, i said i fully understand the importance of this particular LP, as I, myself can relate to it, i want to be hired and be developed by the best company, a company that aligns with my values etc.)
3. If u are having the group exercise like i did, show that u have a good leadership skills and a team player -show that u know how to collaborate and positively engage with others. Also, they'll look into ur problem solving skills, and the logic behind ur answers.
4. Light humour- dont over do it and feel the vibe first. The last 2 interviewers i had was chill and a lil 'jokey' (?) So i just followed along 😅
Those are 4 things i remember, theres probably more 😅
