They need to remove contact dmg and make it so u only take dmg when they attack. Also order of atk plays a huge roll, depending on the atk pattern changes how fast or slow you will string each atk together.
I completely agree. In addition to that they should add things like stagger, stun and trip as upgrades on certain moves. Maybe even something like different fighting styles that get bonuses from picking certain moves or move types.
Maxing out the demo upgrades didn't make the game any more fun to play for me. With the contact damage as it is, the enemy count needs to go way down. Getting surrounded with no choice but to have your health generated sucks. A dash like an invincible cartwheel or flip would help. The combo system is a great idea, but the game balance needs to let you build it up before increasing the difficulty. Even with all those fundamental negatives, I am going to watch the game closely and pick it up when it releases. The Jackie Chan role play with the everyday weapons and environment damage is just too good!
@@OHRyePlays that and a bit less cooldown at base level on the attacks... i tried it a bit and man even after getting some up/down attacks that cooldown is tough... but the contact damage is def a game killer for me
i really hate damage on touch in game like this. halls of torment makes sense but this... nah. especially since u can barely ever attack down or up also, i tried the demo and found that "attacks have serial numbers" put em in order and get combos!
This game - as it stands right now - is sadly just hot garbage. Contact damage in a survivor game? Fine. Contact damage in a survivor game that is about martial arts? Absolutely insane.
360 spinning attacks are a thing, a really destructive thing.
More more more, please 👍👊🤜💪
I like this game, but honestly I'm not sure how much more content I can get out of this game haha. Only 1 level, and not a lot of build variety here.
I have never ever seen anything quite like this XD
It's an interesting take on the genre lol.

Different fighting styles sounds neat like Drunken Master moves
They did for the easiest difficulty. Next level up it's contact dmg.

The collision needs to be fixed, and the combo attacks need a bit more variety.
It's so much better when you use 360 kicks in a crowd. It's utter Jackie Chan/Tony Jaa etc madness.
Congrats on the win. This demo isn't easy.
Nope, def not.
I hope this gets the updates you suggest. The contact damage is flaming garbage for a melee horde game.
I agree, it would make the game 100x better imo.

It's a very different meaning but when i think survivors combos I think of spell disk
Soda holder? Do you mean fridge? LOL
Fri...dge?

Free.. your mind 😎
In the fight there is no limit Kung Fu power
Hey it looks like your hit box is your shadow
This game is awesome
gj jee jees
Is this on or going to be on console
Not yet, and I wouldn’t count on it being on consoles for awhile if at all sadly.
You should try and do a “luffy” build lol get as much stretch you can get
Would be fun, I’m not sure how easy it is to do builds in this demo though.

I wouldn't go that far...but ya, the contact damage needs to be adjusted.
I think they had to do something to the difficulty, but now easiest has no contact dmg, next up does.
Ryan Oh, Korean?
Nah
