I have been waiting on this video for 2 years!!!! I also had problems between myself and my parents. I did not speak to my dad for about 20 years and my mom and I couldn't be in a room together for 5 minutes until I had already chewed her out about things from the past. They are both gone now and I would give anything if I had made peace with them before they passed. This touched me so deep that I am a sobbing mess right now. I'm asking you to please, please, please go see your family and make things right. Swallow your pride and just walk in there and grab both of them and Matt and let the tears flow and the apologies spill out. Family is the only ones that will be there when every one else leaves. They love you and I know it and I know you love and miss them whether you will admit it or not.

I have had a similar experience! I hadn't spoken to my sister for years. so she did some things when we were young. And hurt my parents, me and my grandparents. Fast forward, my sister and her husband, have 3 adult children of their own. When our uncle died. my sister wanted to make amends. So far, it is working, for my parents, that is the important thing. Take one Step at a time. You got this!

I do believe his tests are showing something I can't remember what it is though. He was in remission but it is back.He has to do more meds I think. I watched when they were coming back from Dr visit. But the most important people in your life are your family members. Period. When they’re gone, you’ve got nothing. Owning your collective mistakes (everyone included) regarding airing dirty laundry is huge however. Hopefully lessons learned by all and petty family squabbles are just that, petty.
