If you decide to sell your property in the future, depending on the location, you might even be able to sell it double the price. Its like with bags and jewelries, habang tumatagal nagmamahal. Especially if its limited edition. If youre buying a house, it should be near places where people would want or need to be at, like work, mall, schools etc.

I like how vast the house is, but there are a few details that have been left out. However, for a growing family like ours, this is more than enough.
Personally, I find the house's spaciousness to be great. If whoever buys this house and wants something cozier, they can redo the interior since the exterior is already nice. Finally, if I had to grade this house on a scale of 1-10, I would give it an 8.5. Kudos to the engr, architect, builders, and skilled construction workers❤️

Spacious but ordinary. Small lot areas totally used up by the building footprint with hardly any open garden areas.
The fittings and inclusions are ordinary but befit the asking price.
One major drawback is no provision of hot water heater that provides hot water for the showers etc. All the eight bedrooms and the lounge/dining areas are not provided with air conditioning units. If the developer wants these to be installed by the buyer, at least window or wall openings should be provided (only wall opening is provided in the master bedroom walk in robe). Also there is no power outlet provided whatsoever on the wall for future a/c installation. This means new wirings need to be run from the mains swtichboard to the a/c units and these wiring would have to be open run, or if to be concealed, then wall surface have to be broken and make good.
The roof area glass balustrade using single pane glass without support railing may be a safety hazard.
Really huge, spacious.
Sulit for a huge fam as well.
Elevator for the elderly almost summed it up.
It must have been always essential when a house is built just as huge as that.

For 35M and massive 8 bedrooms?? Worth it but the location is unfortunately a flood prone area.
Hindi ko maappreciate yung house kasi may pinapakita yung host pero hindi naman sumusunod yung camera. Feeling ko tuloy yung host ang binebenta, hindi yung bahay.

mas maganda pa yung host.😁 anyways, industrial building yata ang experience ng nag develop nito, doesn't feel homey. consult din siya ng interior designer para sa kulay ng interior walls and accents. not only the walls look like light gray/green/yellow, the door jambs and floor cornice is simply a darker shade of the walls.

Hi maam, saw in the drone video, there's a water tank in the rooftop. Greenwoods, you cannot live comfortably without a water pump and tank talaga, almost all have it. I am from Greenwoods too.

Nice house...but a house this high should have an elevator...when your still young its not a problem to go up and down but lets be realistic we want to grow old in our home and eventually you might not even see the 2 and 3 floors.

The house is big however since it is bare type, i could not really appreciate the place. It could have been better if the house was built in a more lush subdivision.
